First of all, it was the only place open in the town in Christmas time when we returned from the North Coast hiking. It turned out to be a real treat! Nice specious room, very clean, and with a perfect view.

Conveniently located between marina and town. Rooms were reasonably comfortable. Service was helpful; particularly in organising an early morning taxi and chasing for us when it did not turn up on time.

This hotel is clean and decent. It has an elevator as well and all rooms are ocean view. The only problem is that the beds are hard as a rock. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Good location and the staff are all very friendly.

I recently stayed at the Glen Lyon and had a lovely room on the third floor. The view of the bay was spectacular and the bed was super comfortable. I always appreciate this as I stay in a fair number of hotels and the bed is important. Jackie checked me in and was friendly and helpful. Worth a stay!

This was booked for us by our travel agent as a one-night stop between the ferry from Prince Rupert and the plane to Vancouver. Our first impression was that it was not the superior hotel we had been promised. Our room was off an open walkway on the second floor. The room however was lovely, nicely furnished and decorated with...

Having just spent 5 nights at the Glen Lyon Inn I can say that it is a very comfortable place to stay. Super comfy beds, a view of the ocean that cannot be beat with herons, sea lions, a weasel, seagulls, eagles, herons, deer & seals right out front of the room. We slept with our windows wide open each...

Staff really lovely and friendly- receptionist's hubbie even drove us into town! How nice is that! So we had a tour of the town! He pointed out everything to us! Yes it was raining! This was soo much appreciated!! Lovely room-clean/comfortable-and very adequate- Dinner and Breakfast-great and reasonable - but sadly too huge for us Brits to do justice!. Saw...

I stayed here for two nights (one night before and one night after my trip to Great Bear Lodge). My room was large, spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The rooms face out over the harbour so it was lovely to sit and watch the activity (including the seaplanes). It is...

All rooms overlook the beautiful small harbour. From your balcony you can watch the bald eagles, the fish jumping, and all the marine activity, including float planes taking of and landing. The staff are wonderful friendly and welcoming and the restaurant excellent. There is a lift to take heavy luggage up to your room. A wonderful relaxing stay, and thoroughly...
