Stayed over one night on business in late December. Staff were very helpful, opening the bar for four of us after we came back from town. The rooms were very nice, cosy yet not small. Lovely building in a beautiful setting.

Wonderful stay at Callow Hall, stayed in rooms Wendy & Sarah ( as had my daughter with me and both of us had our dogs with us) - extremely spacious, clean, beautifully decorated rooms a mixture of antique furniture, art deco light fittings and flat screen TV's with stunning leaded picture windows overlooking the grounds. Dinner was spectacular after a...

The good: The location and quality of service is excellent and I have to especially thank the staff for making our stay enjoyable, we found them professional friendly and at all times felt like our needs were their priority. Stayed at Callow Hall one night including dinner and breakfast. The staff seemed young and inexperienced but helpful and pleasant. We had booked a four-poster bed room which had the most awful silver painted four poster ( all down to taste I suppose -or lack of !!) totally out of character for a country house hotel. The general feel was...

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here at the weekend and booked 3 rooms overnight. We are familiar with this location and this influenced our choice of venue. We were not disappointed. The hotel keeps its Victorian charm and character and our guests were amazed by it. The service and food were excellent using local produce. We had a very...

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in Callow Hall in October. We found everything to be satisfactory. We had a lovely spacious bedroom on the ground floor and the food was generally good. All the staff were most helpful. The parking adjacent to the hotel was very limited. However we would recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed here and a friends wedding, the hall was absolutely stunning and set in beautiful grounds. We were quickly shown to our room which was spacious, had a good size TV (not that we needed it), was equipped with bottled water, a kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and even biscuits. The bed was very comfortable and the room...

Was lucky enough to be invited to a friend's wedding reception at this hotel. The building and grounds are beautiful, the Staff polite, unobtrusive and extremely professional and the food was wonderful! I didn't stay in the hotel overnight, but judging by the standard of service and quality of the areas of the hotel I did see, it would have...
