Rukariutta Apartments on perheystävällinen huoneistohotelli Rukan Portissa lähellä palveluita. Tilaa löytyy niin perheiden kuin kaveriporukoidenkin lomanviettoon: Rukariutta koostuu yläkerran kymmenestä huoneistosta (60m²), sekä kahdeksasta uudesta alakerran huoneistosta (70m²), jotka valmistuivat syyskuussa 2019. Molemmissa huoneistotyypeissä on 2 makuuhuonetta ja levitettävä sohva (4+2), sauna ja wc. Huoneistossa on myös pyykinpesukone, kuivauskaappi sekä hyvin varusteltu keittiö pidempääkin lomaa varten. Kymmenessä yläkerran huoneistossa on lisäksi takka. Jokaisessa huoneistossa on joko oma parveke tai terassi. Rukariutta sijaitsee vain 700m päässä Rukankylästä, Rukanportin alueella. Aivan vierestä löytyy kelkkavuokraamo, kauppa, Alko, lounas- ja kahvilapaikka sekä vaivattomat kulkuyhteydet julkisilla liikennevälineillä Kuusamon keskustaan tai Karhunkierroksen alkupisteeseen Hautajärvelle. Ravintola Zone sijaitsee noin 800m päässä huoneistoista. Kelkkavuokraamo Rukahuolto sijaitsee Rukariutan naapurissa. Lähin ruokakauppa on vain 200 metrin päässä Riutasta.

We just booked it for a couple of days to relax a bit from "wet camping". This was a nice appartment with all the equipment one could wish. Clean and room enough as well for 2 people, and an advantage close to the main road, so easy to go. One improvement point is the procedure with the key, to pick up and deliver in Ruka center, very crowded, no parking options and a bit chaotic instructions: Arctic hotel, no Zone, no Safari. Time consuming and a bit unfriendly procedure.

Huoneistossa olohuoneen ja keittiön lisäksi sauna ja parveke. Hyvin mahtuu esim nelihenkinen perhekkin. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki mitä olettaa löytyvän. Pakkasta oli ulkona 20 astetta ja huoneisto oli todella kylmä!! Olohuoneen lattia oli suorastaan jäätävä. Viereisten huoneistojen kovemmat äänet kantautuu naapuriinki, tavallinen puhe ei sentään kuulu. Kävimme suihkussa aamulla ja iltapäivällä lämmitettiin sauna ulkoilun jälkeen. Lämmin vesi loppu kesken (ja meitä oli siis kaksi ihmistä). Juurikin tuon kylmyyden takia en mene toista kertaa. Mietinnässä kyllä oli, oliko lämmitys rikki.. makkareista ainakin lämmitys oli säädetty aika pienelle ja laitettu niin että sitä ei saanut itse nostettua. Ei oo kiva, jos villasukillakaan ei tarkene.

Hei, kiitos palautteestasi. Kesän ja syksyn 2019 aikana Rukariutan lämmitysjärjestelmä uusittiin ja siirryimme 100% biopohjaiseen kaukolämpöön, joka tuotetaan Rukan voimalaitoksessa teollisuuden sivutuotteesta. Asensimme samalla uusia pattereita ja poistimme huonekohtaiset vedenvaraajat. Nyt lämmin käyttövesi saadaan kaukolämpöverkosta eikä kovilla pakkasilla ilmennyttä kylmyysongelmaa enää ole.

Rivitalo/mökkityylinen majoitus. Asunto oli siisti, hyvät sängyt ja keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Hyvä sijainti, kauppa vieressä. Rauhallinen asunto, naapureista ei kuulunut häiriötä. Iso parveke ja toisella puolella autopaikka ja ulkovarasto esim urheilutarvikkeille.

Sanonta halvalla ei saa hyvää, piti paikkansa. Huonekalut, astiat ruoanlaitto välineet kuluneet ja osa jopa käyttökelvottomat. Pihalla Rukan skibussien parkkipaikat ja aitoja saatettiin pitää tyhjäkäynnillä aamuvarhaisesta lähtien. Saunan sähkökiuas oli todella monimutkainen mutta sitten kun älysi sen lokiigan niin saatiin saunakin lämpimäksi. Naapuri asunnon takan sytytys aiheutti kaikkiin asuntoihin pitkään kestäneen palohälyytyksen joten ei uskallettu riskeerata uusintaa ja 750€ hälyytyssakkoa, joten jätettiin takka käyttämättä. Seinänapurin äänet kuuluvat helposti läpi. Hyvää hyvät kävely yhteydet Rukakeskukseen, ruokakaupan ja Alkon sijainti ihan vieressä. Ei tulla kyllä tänne uudestaan.

Мы приехали из Санкт-Петербурга с двумя детьми в этот коттедж и провели все новогодние каникулы. Приехали вечером, ключи взяли в городке около горы, нам об этом написали заранее хозяева. в домике было все необходимое, только вот по-моему, не работала стиралка... но может, и починили давно.. К нам приходили постоянно ее чинить, но потом предложили стирать наши вещи в другом месте..
