Nice place for a short break. Rooms nice. View over the lake is amazing. Shower is wonderfull. Breakfast good. Diner was not possible 🙄. Close to the ski-lift. Walking to the town center takes 15 minutes up hill.

Nice place to stay, but it would be nice if they mentioned that their restaurant is only open during high-season. And when the restaurant is not open, they also close the bar at 19.00h We also experienced that the cleaner was sick, so our rooms could not cleaned. That is not done if you'd ask me. Last but not least; their openingshours are very, very strict. Soup between 12-16h is not a minute longer ... The same with the bar; open untill 19.00h means not a minute longer and that is really a pity, because, just like me, you might enjoy a drink in the bar when you come back after having dinner in the village. But, again, nice place to stay. Very close to the ski slopes and on walking distance from the village

Walking distance to Ruka Village yet also much more private than other hotels. Sauna, ice hole and dryers in the rooms are all awesome touches. Lots of parking available if you should need it. The ability to ski in/out and less than 50m from the ski lift. Great place to stay in Ruka

Had a room booked here for holiday with high hopes. We got bad start as room we entered was not cleaned and we had to change room with lost holiday time. Afterwards when coming back from dinner the keys we had been given were not working. Personnel was not letting us in, as they said they are busy trying to solve our problem inside (us spending late evening in stairs). Well finally everything turned out to work ok. Perhaps trying smart instead of trying hard would give this place what it still needs.
