We stayed at cabin number 1 a 4 bedroom unit with a large deck overlooking the lake. which appears to be in its original form without any repairs having been done. It also appears to have been quite a while since the place received a decent cleaning. In others words it was filthy. The reason being the owner has stated...

Not travelling out of Canada this summer, this is the family destination for you. Clear blue green waters -so inviting to take a dip. Your family will truely enjoy. Go local this time - just a few hours drive from Toronto.

We rented a trailer, with toilet, shower, satelliteTV, Air, BBQ, full kitchen and fire pit literally 6 minutes to all 3 sandbank beaches. We got free beach passes and docking for our boat. The owner is friendly and very helpful, so was everyone else we dealt with. We booked again this summer. The trailer was clean and comfortable, and they...

The first trailer we rented was amazing with an amazing view of the water. Had plenty of space for the kids to run around outside and the neighbors we had privacy from the neighbors (I believe it was unit 9). Would have loved to stay in that unit but due to availability, we had to switch after a few nights...

WOW! what a perfect location, close to sandbanks park, and great drive into Picton. Tim was very great with us recommending a trailer for our first time there. We had the Presidential trailer for 4 nights last July and will be going back.

Beautiful, comfortable and sparkling clean! An amazing vacation. Can't wait to come back. Great swimming and stunning views of the lake and sand dunes! We walked over to the dunes beach each day for a swim. Great service and very helpful staff and owners.

Looking and reading the website -- "steps away" to the beach and dunes (really means a walk through a weedy path. Driving down the trailer park lane we were expecting to continue to an open, bright 'beachey' area where our 31' Prowler trailer would be -- but no, it's at the bottom of the hill in the trailer park, completely...

Fantastic beach with warm, shallow water that is perfect for kids. Clean area with tons of space to run around and a great snack bar that sells excellent food with great variety. I need to come here more often and it's only $17 to enter. What a deal!

This was our first time sleeping two nights in a trailer and it was more comfortable than I expected. The trailer itself had everything one would need and though we didn't use it, the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans and even a dish sponge and soap. The site itself is great for kids as there is...
