A shame for Yukon tourism association office in Watson Lake who recommend me this place. They should close it! This hotel is the worst place I have ever seen!!! The hotel is a dump. The manager keeps the rooms unlock during the night so everybody can take a room and go by in the morning and nobody will know. There...

The food at the restaurant was good (one of us had a sirloin strip and said it had a very good flavor and was cooked just the way she liked it.) The waitress, Lois, was very friendly and answered all our questions about bears. The campground was very basic, included electrical hookups. The restroom building could use a little more...

We happened upon this place by accident this summer on our way to Alaska. Locals in Watson Lake told us about it when we found no place to stay in Watson Lake. Being wet after riding all day on the motorcycles we were glad to find a dry place to stay. The home cooked food was great. The rooms, while...

This is confusing, because there seem to be two Rancherias. The one I am reviewing is about 100 km west of Watson Lake. We stopped there, because it saved us 40 km by not going into Watson Lake. The people are extremely friendly, and gave us a good price for the hotel. The food is passable -- they served us...

This place is undergoing extensive renovations. We reserved a room a little hesitantly because of the reviews here but we were quite pleased with the room. It was clean, had decent facilities, a soothing bathtub, and a nice view of the lake. There are plenty of skeeters so make sure you hunt them down (they were attracted to the windows)...

We took a motorcycle to Alaska the month of august 2013. While on the Alcan Hwy we stayed at the Rancheria Hotel. We stayed in the old part of the hotel. It was a dump. The worse place I have ever stayed in. There we're holes in the wall around the shower faucets, the room was dirty, the ceiling light...

We stopped here on our way home from Alaska. Motel look like it was put together with different kind of wood, it was ok for just a night stay. We did not eat in cafe. It needed some cleaning up in the entrance of cafe, to me that gave a bad empression. There was a beautiful lake behind our room, with...

This is a quaint little place that has gas (thank God), lodging, and food. The restaurant is small but they have a variety of food at good prices for the ALCAN highway and they people are so friendly! I would love to take this trip again and stay here overnight for a more complete review, but from what I experienced...
