Booked this accommodation based on price, through a third party. Wasn't expecting much; but was pleasantly surprised! I was transferring from another hotel, and they were able to accommodate me with cheeking in ridiculously early! (10:30am, If I remember correctly.) The room was clean and well stocked. It had a wood burring fire place, and logs available for purchase at... More

We pre-booked our stay well in advance, with much difficulty in the whole process. I originally called to book, then emailed after a week of no response and had to eventually follow up with a phone call in the end. There is no communication amongst staff between their emails for booking or over the phoe. We arrived to be coldly... More

staff was friendly and tried their very best. But hotel wasn't worth the money!!! Though it was hard to find something else for us! Book in advance!!! Rooms weren't nice furnished. Everything was very old and not uptodate! Carpet horrible, bed sheets out of fashion, bathroom used.... it was raining the whole time (end of august/beginning of september). Wouldn't stay... More

My large family and I finally decided to make the trip and visit Tofino/Ucluelet. We spent the day surfing and arrived in the rain to meet Jesse, the receptionist (?). He took us to the room in the pouring rain, got us extra towels, and let us have a late check out. Which was definitely needed. The room was the... More

Old and tired in decor and design but for the money you won't find anywhere that offers these services. Two queen beds on main level with wood burning fireplace (logs for purchase in office), big screen tv, coffee maker and view of marina. Upstairs is a dated but clean 3piece bathroom and separate sink, large closet and small refrigerator. Beware... More

We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of September. The room was a good size with a balcony/patio. Good location within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. Wifi was not good in the room - although they were working on it during our stay. Ucluelet itself is a lovely spot - the wild pacific trail was great! Would... More

We had booked up for 2 nights. Too bad, really. Very deceiving place to stay. The room was so stinky that we had to purchase Febreeze at a near place and spray all over curtains, linens, and carpet ! No AC, and no screens at the windows. Looks like the owners do not realize that 2017 will soon be there:... More

I have to admit, my expectations were set high considering the price per night for this hotel. This hotel has potential to be so beautiful. The location and views are stunning. But it's hard to see past the very outdated rooms; outdated to the point where we were hit by an awful smell as soon as we opened the door.... More
