The rooms are basic but are very clean and sufficient drawers and closet space.. All the staff were friendly. Parking is close by. Carts are provided for transporting luggage. Both a restaurant and bar are located in the same building

We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Mountain. Our room was small, but very nice! We had everything we needed. The desk staff were MORE than friendly and helpful, providing information about local attractions, etc. We look forward to going back!
