Nice staff. Clean bed. nice room. Half camping half cottage feeling. WIFI signal is not strong enough in our small cabin. If you can pick a room which is closer to the office, you may get better WIFI signal.

The star is for the location. The place had no charm whatsoever. We didn't really get any roomservice except new coffee capsules and clean towels, so we had to make our own beds every day (not really what you expect when you rent a "suite"). We were told there would be free wifi, but we could not get on in...

We stayed in a bungalow, these were small but had everything you need, it's not five star but for the price perfect stopover. The site is clean and nice, it has. Pond which is cute. There's a pool not so warm but great on a hot day. The wifi didn't work which is a pain when your trying to book...

This is not really a resort, more a camp ground with cabins and motel units. Having said that we were happy with our rooms. The rooms are what you would expect from a camp ground, no frills but comfortable. The wifi is a little hit and miss. Staff are more rushed than friendly. This was a different experience for us...

The family room (king + queen + twin bed) was clean and roomy. The bathroom was clean as well. The swimming pool was closed during our 1 day stay due to "an incident" they said. The clerk also informed us that due to high demand we might have problems connecting to the wifi network: in reality, nobody in our party...

We stayed in a tiny bungalow which had everything! It was very clean & comfortable & we particularly loved that the coffee machine used coffee & tea pods. The managers of the park were extremely helpful with information about the waterfalls of Wells Gray Provincial Park & recommended the Gateway Grill for a good steak. They were correct on all...

Now Dear Readers, to my mind "Resort" conjures up images of white sand, aqua water, lithe bodies around the pool (1 of 6), mai tais served by courteous waiters, most rooms with "beach and ocean views" - except yours because you choose to be a skin flint and not book direct. And now you have the "resort view" across the...

This was our stopover place on the way to Jasper. Its essentially a well-equipped and high end camping area with rooms outdoors too. Right on the doorstep of Wells Grey National park. We stayed for one night and the rooms were comfortable and clean and we were able to unwind and relax en route to Jasper. We used the laundry...

We normally camp at remote campsites or provincial parks but this trip included some friends from "the city" and a 2 year old so we decided this would fit everyones needs and we were right. This well run resort had it all... cozy camp sites in the trees for us, a bungalow for our friends and a lovely play ground...

The apartment was tired and not very clean. Dirty fridge, decrepit bath, no salt and pepper, cooker hob that should have been condemned or in a museum (no on or off lights/temp grading). The office was unhelpfull, we had to go to the info centre to get information One of those places where you get excited and thankful that the water...
