The room is dated the bed foundation is loose and a sharp corner is standing out. The in room coffee is very scarce. Also the toiletries. The TV has only a few programs mostly us. The fridge is nice also the balcony. No lift so you carry your stuff into the 3rd floor. No breakfast. Check in was a bit...

We were not here to golf just for the hotel. The room was both clean and quiet. We did eat at the restaurant and the staff was great and the food good. The kitchen service was a little slow due to a few large groups but the pleasant view helped with the wait. We would return.

This really is a beautiful course. Stunning views of the mountains, almost a guarantee to see wildlife, ponds, and well maintained holes. I thoroughly enjoy golfing here and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is also a great place to dine, the staff are great and the food and drinks are delicious.

Visited in May and didn't realise that we were amongst the first to visit this year! Reason for the trip was to see what had become of the development I worked on many years ago, being involved with the sprinkler system - but when I met the Director of Golf ( according to his name badge ) and advised him...

The room was clean and basic but very nice the staff are terrific, the restaurant is a casual place with excellent food. The golf course is outstanding with a golf pro who is also an artist with a flair for painting golf courses usually his own. A wonderful place to go and have a terrific time.

Returned again for our second time to spend a week relaxing and golfing one of Canada's pearls of golf heaven. With a staff that's friendly and helpful. Golf Pro Mike teaches how to take the mystery out of playing golf and makes common sense part of your game. Resort accommodation is fair. Clean spacious rooms. But with great golf you...

We're from Grande Prairie area and have been going to Kokanee for a few years. We've always loved the place from the beginning. They've always had very friendly staff and the course has an amazing view. We've always been impressed with the food. We have always been there for opening or in Sept during quiet times when you can golf...

Friendly staff. Not much in the way of a clubhouse. The course was pretty good, nothing spectacular, but a fun round with some great views. To get there from the Nelson side of the lake, you have to take a ferry, which is a neat ride. It's free, but only runs every couple of hours during non-summer season, so plan...

The golfing was just great, our room was not the best but OK. The thing I didn't like was there restaurant food I had the worse chicken burger possible the cook didn't know if the bun should be toasted or not only got a little piece of my bun toasted. Only roasted the chicken on one side and for breakfast...

This resort was very accomodating to making a last minute reservation. The room was adequate with spectacular views from the balcony. Beds and pillows are very firm. Grounds are well kept. Golfing was wonderful with challenging greens and views that make it hard to keep focused on your next shot to be played!

“Take your time driving to this resort. The highway has lots of curves and views of the lake so not all drivers keep their attention tuned to the roadway. Ask for a room with a view of the glacier.”

“We stayed in a one bedroom villa (217) which has the bedroom windows facing the pro shop. If you have the windows open as we did you get a bit of golf cart traffic noise in the mornings but it's not really too disturbing. Sitting out on the deck we had a nice view of Kokanee Glacier and in the evening it's very quiet. A doe and her fawn were grazing below on several occasions.”

“As mentioned in other reviews, if there are large groups of guys on golf holidays, try to get a room as far away from them as possible - they do tend to get noisey.”
