The strip here has a number of motels clustered together. Nothing much to distinguish them from the outside. The rooms here are comfortable and well equipped and the Gujarati gentleman who runs the place makes the difference. Nothing is too much trouble and it is all done wit a smile.

This is one of those motels where the owner has given serious thought to the little details: exquisitely appointed kitchenette (lots of extra cream and sugar, every imaginable implement, etc.), very comfortable bed, effective reading lamps, table with two chairs despite limited space, spotless bathroom, hooks and hangers just where you want them--all at an extremely affordable price.

It really is the cheapest motel in town, and for that, you don't expect a lot of frills. This place is pretty old, a little shabby, with a few minor problems of the "burnt out lightbulb" type. That said, the beds were comfortable, there were lots of towels, the shower was hot and strong, and there was a strong good...

Our experience at The Fort Motel was great, Ken was very helpful and accommodating - we should have asked him about restaurants in town because we spent some time locating one for breakfast - the people we talked too were not clear about where or what was available. The Fort Motel was a far better retreat then the one we...

We booked last minute and were fortunate that there was a cancellation as the town was having a school reunion. The room was OK, a bit of dirt in the corners but the bed was clean, lots of hot water for our showers both at night and in the morning. Ken greeted us warmly, made sure I had coffee and...

Very friendly, clean rooms, comfortable. Free wifi & cable tv with flat screen tv. Great location, easy to find. Good Chinese restaurant right across the street. I'd stay here again. Great value. Free coffee, all accommodating. The room are separate little buildings. Very quiet. A perfect stop on your way in or out of the Crow's Nest pass.

Cute, quaint motel in a small town. Clean and in good condition. Motel, not 5-star resort! Had a 1-room 'kitchenette', small frig, microwave, kettle, Kureg Coffee maker! (Bring your own k-cups), toaster and a selection of dishes/glasses and flatware. Cross the street on one side and theres a playground, on the other side is a restsurant, and across the other...

I am mystified by the good reviews for this motel. The room was clean. Other than that I cannot say anything to recommend this place. Badly in need of maintenance, shower caulking, moldy smell, overall in a very poor state of repair. After checking in we knew we wouldn't be able to relax in the room so we went to...

I just needed a place to sleep and this room was just lovely! The staff at the desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was super cute, clean and also had a small kitchenette. I would definitely stay here again if I was to return.
