The hotel is very nice with a shuttle to the ski area that is very prompt when you call for it! We had a good time and the deluxe room with two pull out couches and a king bed up in the loft fit our family of four. The hot tubs outside were good and the pool and hot tub inside were nice too.
My Wife and I have stayed at The Chateau Bromont several times in the past few years. We were very pleased with the services and the Hotel. Our December 2020 stay even with covid looming over our stay was memorable and great. However this past December 2022 a few days ago we had a booking for a deluxe suite. Our view of the mountain was again fantastic the hotel restaurant food exceptional, But our room this time “room 125” was located right at the main stair well and doorway as well as the main elevator. So throughout the days the guests using these exits were very loud yelling laughing and the clacking of ski-boots was overwhelming to our expected tranquil days there. The guests did not respect the noise level in these areas. Younger children playing with a soccer ball. You can probably see this on your hotel camera there situated in front of the room door. The guests using the outdoor spas well past the 10 pm curfew time by 45 minutes, while also playing very loud music. Our room is located beside the the outdoor spas! Yelling and screaming when re-entering from the outside to the indoor common. Guests in room beside us were very loud and having other guests in there room making it louder, after 10 pm. We contacted the front desks serval times and even went downstairs in person to make the complaint, telling us there were no managers at during these hours. The no response to the complaints and noises level issues were felt to us as a lack of respect from the guests and the hotel management, allowing this to continue to happen. A Hotel of this statue and rating (4-5 star) should be able to manage a certain expectation and behaviour of their guests. At check out, we felt unsatisfied with our overall stay. We were not looking for a monetary handout but an expectation to a certain level of stay and comfort. Many times during our stay in we encountered guests with their skis and or ski boards in the hotel in the hallways in the elevators and stairwells making more noise with them, not being able to enter the elevator because it was full of guests with their skies and boards, I have seen your signs showing and telling guests your policy that it is forbidden to be in the hotel with the skis and you have special places they can keep their equipment. I hope this is brought to the attention of the management team.…
You could not be closer to the mountain if you tried! We stayed in the rooms above the ameri spa which were removed from the mail building but with an indoor walkway. Very quiet and with a nice view of the mountain. Breakfast was great with many selections. Great free wifi, hot tubs on the roof, and indoor pool and a nice place for dinner. A fireplace to sit near and stay warm near the indoor pool. It is very family friendly and dog friendly as we saw lots of dogs and tons of kids of all ages. Our room was well appointed and even though it was small was enough for the two of us. A huge shower and small balcony for warmer months. We’d 100% stay here again and bring our young son. 5 min drive to downtown bromont with plenty to do and see almost any time of year. I would recommend staying here and opting in for the bed and breakfast part as it was so worth the extra few bucks for breakfast as you have to drive for any other food. We will be back!…
The rooms are average at best and there are regular toiletries that aren’t included. The restaurant was randomly closed and the staff just gave me a printed list of places that deliver (most of them don’t- they’re open for pickup). Staff aren’t particularly friendly. I’m sure this place is a draw during peak season but there’s nothing here during off peak.
It is a nice hotel. They have a nice garden to walk around. The pool is nice but not that big for the size of the hotel. Food was very good. Disappointed that the breakfast was a buffet, especially since we are still dealing with Covid. Close to the mountain.
My tub had pubes from previous guest in it, my bed had fresh period blood on the mattress protector from previous guest, the phone did not work so i couldnt even call concierge... the stairs leading up to the loft were not vaccumed ... would not reccommend
Beautiful hotel with perks! Hidden zen area with ponds is a beautiful touch! The terrasse with the hot tubs overlooking the ski hill would be a sight to see in the winter or with the Fall colors. Highly recommended! We will definitely be returning to this hidden gem of a paradise!
Conference area smells of chlorine (pool in the middle of it), mold in bethrom., no shampoo--and when asked for some was given two bottles of conidtioner (eye roll!). Staff seemed put out by simple requests (ie 'where is the bathroom on this floor'?). Lots of 'lock your cars' signs in the parking lot. Felt like it was a nice place 10 years ago, needs some renovating/a good scrub. Food offerings were not appetising.

I was in room 318 for 3 nights. The room was ok albeit outdated and a bit creepy - with a view of the 80s indoor pool and strange little "resting area" around it. what was very worrisome was the insane noise from the neighboring... ice machine or generator? The rooms of the wall were literally trembling when this noise/ engine came on. I woke up at 4:10am every night due to this extremely bizarre noise and trembling. Whatever is on the other side of that wall is very very scary. It felt like a spaceship was landing on the roof of the building or some sort of massive generator was being launched on the other side of my wall. Scary 10/10 would recommend 0/10 If you would love an experience that would resemble the film Arrival and are here to get tortured by strange noises and trembling - do stay, but have them pay You.…
