Having tried ‘Glamping’ a couple of years ago whilst staying in a Tipi, I was very keen to try a Yurt this time and following some research I found Ty Parke. When my wife and I go camping or glamping, we like prefer to find sites that offer a degree of seclusion, getting away from busy main roads and civilisation...

Booked 2 nights at Ty Parke and stayed in one of their Yurts. Loved it. The site is well proportioned with great facilities, my daughter and I had a good work out cutting logs. Facilities are plentiful and spotlessly clean. Annie and Gary are very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend and we will return.

Just the best campsite ever! This is our second year here and Gary and Annie are so welcoming, the facilities are immaculate, the campsite is peaceful yet the children have a ball! Each pitch has so much space, it's own hand crafted fire pit, picnic bench and beautiful surroundings. The stars at night are magnificent and worth letting the kids...

Lovely quiet campsite which has secluded tent pitches and yurts. A fire pit and eating table/bench with each pitch, fire wood available at the barn. Shower block and facilities spotlessly clean with heated towel rails and bath mats. Fridges and kettle very handy. Lovely owners, very helpful. Would recommend for a relaxing break

We had booked to camp in one of the secluded pitches but due to heavy rain we changed to a yurt at the last minute. We stayed in the Foxgloves yurt, which is beautiful. It is on its own so you don't feel surrounded by other people. The yurt gets lovely and warm when the fire is going and there...

This campsite gives you the ability to really feel like you a camping in the middle of now here, except there is also a lovely modern shower/ toilet block with fridge's for communal use. I have stayed twice in the last 2 years and both times I have felt I have had a proper escape from my usual city life,...

I think the fact that this place has 61 reviews and 59 of them are fantastic and 2 are very good speaks volumes. We spent a long weekend in a yurt which was excellent it had a wood burner, kitchen and an outside fire area. Gary who runs this place is really friendly guy and has a great attitude.

I almost don't want to tell anyone about this place. Ty Parke is everything a campsite should be, and more. A small group of us spent a fab week here, in our own secluded field, complete with campfire. The facilities are excellent and Gary's log chopping lessons much appreciated. ..as was his straight face when one of our party told...

We’ve just returned from an inspiring and thoroughly relaxing experience staying in a yurt at the secluded and (more than the one) breath of fresh air-affording Ty Parke Farm Camping and Yurt site situated in Llanreithan, near to St Davids in the heart of stunning Pembrokeshire. We spent three amazing nights in a spacious, airy (yet conversely cosy) and superbly...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Fantastic camping and yurt glamping holidays in the sleepy Pembrokeshire countryside. Nestling in the hidden hamlet of Llanreithan, a few miles from St Davids, Ty Parke Farm Camping was set up by Gary & Annie Loch to provide an alternative camping experience from the packed commercial sites that are an all too common feature of Pembrokeshire. We offer just ten camping pitches on our 52 acre small-holding. Each pitch comes with a campfire and a picnic bench. We have great facilities too. And if you want camping with a little more comfort, we also have four very comfortable yurts, with double beds, futons and wood-burning stoves. If you would like to stay in the school holidays, book early because theses dates are usually gone by the end of January. We hope to see you soon! ... more   less

“Ash Tree Yurt on family pitch ...this was great for us as our son made friends with other children camping. If you are after seclusion however one of the other 2 yurts would offer more privacy”
