My husband and I stayed at this charming Inn for three nights that turned out to be our best days while visiting the entire province of Nova Scotia. This was a grand, old home that the current owners renovated and turned into a priceless gem in the heart of this historic town. We didn't want to leave. Photos don't do... More

I stayed here for three nights at the beginning of October with my family. It is a wonderful time of year to visit, as the autumn leaves were changing colours, and almost everywhere you looked was a photo moment. The Boscowen Inn is located on the top of the hill and overlooks the Lunenburg Harbour. It is close enough to... More

The inn has beautiful reception rooms, bedrooms and very helpful reception personnel . The location is fantastic with plenty of parking in nearby streets if the 6 or so dedicated parking bays are full. The structure of the building and its renovation to its present layout unfortunately makes it noisy . We were in 104 on the ground floor and... More

Jon and Judy have put their heart into the Boscawen Inn and it shows. They host the most beautiful weddings (you can see this when you look them up on Facebook) and in July 2014, they hosted my company for our annual investor/budget meeting. We took over the Inn (and a few other inns) for a week, making the Boscawen... More

Our family spent several evenings this summer at the Inn and we were always very, very impressed. The family who owns and operate this magnificent property are meticulous and entirely empathetic to the guests; they do a wonderful job. Lunenburg is a beautiful place and there are many ways to enjoy it, but if you're visiting the area, a night... More

We celebrated our wedding at the Boscawen Inn this summer. Our families and friends filled every room for a beautiful July weekend full of fun and festivities. John and Judy made event planning and organization simple and fun. Their beautiful Inn is a perfect venue. The Boscawen Inn is like a home away from home.

This Inn is beautiful. The owners are sociable and it was great to have availability to have a glass of their wine on the back deck on a warm weekend in October! The view from the honeymoon sweet and the back deck was breathtaking. A perfect weekend all around . The breakfast was delicious and Mikala was a lovely breakfast... More

We recently attended the Boscawen Inn for a fall wedding, beautiful views, lovely staff and a very good meal. A very large inn with multiple rooms and easily accessible to other stay locations and the downtown area

This is a beautifully charming Inn with great views and so much character. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the owners are super friendly and pleasant. We stayed in the 3rd floor turret room and it was great. One night was definitely not enough time to enjoy this cozy space and comfortable bed. A view that overlooks the harbour... More

This B&B is up a hill , so we usually took our car. Our room was on the top floor, 3 floors up, making it a little difficult for seniors to hall up their luggage. One thing, it seemed any time you asked the man for info, he never knew and didn't,t offer to get you an answer. The breakfast... More
