We were on a clockwise blue water tour and expected the finale to be at Clevelands. Unfortunately we were most disappointed with the state of the hotel. From a toilet that needed work to wallpaper that was peeling to carpets that were filthy it was...More
Disappointed upon arrival; cancelled extra night immediately. Run-down resort with no pride of ownership; very little available for activities for children; beach becomes filthy by mid-day littered with pizza boxes and towels; staff are absent throughout the resort; only see teenagers working the restaurants who...More
We really enjoyed the Pie roof top restaurant with the perfect view. Everyone was extremely friendly and gave us an upgraded room with a view of the lake. The beach was clean and the kids loved the waterpark.
Great family fun - enjoyed the energy and skill by a great group of fantastic water sport performers -some world champions. Waterskiing, wakeboarding and skyboarding were all amazing. Grab a pizza or icecream and sit on dock or grass or come by boat as we...More

A mini fridge and kurig, 2 kcups provided each day. No stove, toaster, microwave or kettle. Equipped more like a hotel room. No way to prepare any food in the one bedroom cottage we had, which I found rather surprising. There is a lovely coffee shop a short walk away, looking at the water the trail is to your left. Coffee shop is in an old church that was relocated from NS (your trivia for the day!) their pastries are some of the best I've ever had. Did not eat at Clevelands house restaurant, as the eating area looked ill kept.
