We've been there for the long weekend in June. It was a terrible and expensive experience. The reception was closed for all the three days. That means you could not do any activities, like using the lake, pool, hottub, tennis,.... There was no wifi and no phone reception as well.

Stayed in chalet 22. Had a great time. Place was clean, all appliances were functional, WiFi worked, and hot tub was working fine. We were 4 families with a total of 7 kids and everyone had a blast. Only negative thing I could say about this place is that there were not enough to

Had the misfortune of staying here for a weekend recently. Don't believe the pretty website and 5 star reviews! On arrival it is like driving into the set of a post-apocalyptic disaster movie. The 'resort' (and I use the term loosely) is desolate with overgrown vegetation, dere

Non functionning spa... spa that they advertise as their main selling argument.
I have learned that there are two management companies that rent the chalets at Blueberry Lake. One is good and responsive and responsible. That is 4 saisons. Use them if booking.
We have a reservation to stay for three nights this coming January. Some of our friends are wondering if there is a shuttle from your resort to Mont Tremblant?
Hello Ejay, We are looking forward to welcoming you to Blueberry Lake. Unfortunately there is no shuttle bus to Tremblant. Best regards

Has anyone stayed at siquoia? One person commented that they stayed St Iroquois and there were mice ! Anyone encounter that!
Hi, Thanks for your question We have various models one of which is the Iroquois model. The resort is set in the woods so we do have our fair share of wildlife in the area. However all the houses that are booked through the official blueberrylake website have had a rodent control program in place, via an external contractor, for a few years now which has drastically reduced any chance of mice getting into the houses. I hope that helps you and I hope to see you at Blueberry regards Warren

Has anyone stayed at the Iroquois Nature View 5 bedroom? I saw some really disgusting mold issues with a chalet on You Tube and wouldn't want that to be in that one. I also saw some great reviews on other chalets. Given that we have elderly guests with allergy issues it's important that we know beforehand. Better safe than sorry.
Hi AnaMontreal, Thanks for your question. I haven't seen the video that you are talking about, but we did have an incident recently where a customer brought to our attention an issue with the caulking in the bathrooms. The caulking was immediately replaced and an investigation launched into our internal processes to understand why this wasn't picked up by our own staff. That being said, we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our chalets and I think you will see from our reviews that this is an area that our guests appreciate. We have also started on a program of renovations on the chalets. We are replacing the carpet floors in the basement with wood flooring - either hardwood, laminate or a commercial vinyl which is particularly good - as well as repainting. While I am confident that you will find that all of our chalets are exceptionally clean, if you do have allergy issues and wanted to be extra sure, I would suggest that you request one of our updated chalets. There is no extra charge although as we are just starting this program, their numbers are limited. I hope that helps. Best regards, Alex
