Our family has been coming here for 13+ years. This is a beautifully managed resort with excellent ownership that takes pride in their business and the amenities that they provide. This is a perfect location for families in a wonderful Georgian Bay setting.

My husband, son, his girlfriend and his 8 year old daughter and I vacationed at Sand Bay. We have been coming off and on depending on circumstances since 1984. The cottages are neat, tidy, clean and everything is explained on their website as to the contents of the cottages which is just about everything except the food. The sandy beach...

I expected to see hundreds of reviews because the place deserves it. The place is great for family with kids. Shallow water. Lots of free equipment. Kids play ground. The beach is cleaned every morning. My advise is to have a trip to the small islands around. Lots of space to walk and no flies. Cabins are well maintained and...

We stayed here for a weekend in September and enjoyed it. The bay is perfect for little kids, shallow and calm waters. The cottages are not fancy, but are clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Parry Sound area.

My husband and I have been vacationing at Sand Bay Resort since we were teenagers, and this summer we took our almost 2-year old daughter there for the first time. All three of us had a great time. The best part about this property is the sandy beach located on calm Sand Bay. The beach is a good-size and private...

Maybe it's because my kids are a little older now, or maybe it's because they had some friends to play with, but our week at Sand Bay was the best holiday I've had in years. We stayed in Cottage #3. I was amazed how clean the space was when we checked in. A simple cottage with low-key decor, and it...

We spent a very enjoyable week at this resort on Sand Bay. It offers quite a variety of activities for families. My wife and I used the resort as a base for kayaking the local waters which include many interesting islands to explore. In fact, the Minks, McCoys, and Franklin Island are all a reasonable distance from the resort. Our...

We have going to Sand Bay Resort for a number of years. The beach is beautiful and Bob, the owner, keeps it immaculate. There are ample loungers to use as well as beach volleyball, water trampoline, kayaks, paddle boats and canoes. There are firepits with firewood and playground equipment. The cottages are extremely clean and have everything you need e.g....
