My husband & I went for a weekend get-a-way and we were pleasantly surprised at the price, the cleanliness, and the sincere concern of the owners of this little motel. The room has a small kitchenette supplied with dishes, kettle, stovetop, pots and pans, microwave and all of the amenities so that you don't have to eat out the entire... More

This quaint hotel is not fancy, but unbelievably clean, the proprietor is super helpful, the motel has a small town charm which is hard to find these days. Great suggestions for food, and area activities. Obviously these people are guest oriented. A great place to stay with great prices.

What a great find! Stayed here for one night on our travels through the Kootenays. Motel was very clean and room was renovated; the unit had a coffee maker and small fridge. King bed was very comfy. Owner was extremely nice and very informative. If you're going to the hot springs, you can borrow bath towels from the front desk... More

This clean, quiet motel in Radium offers family friendly accommodation with BBQs, and outdoor sun deck and all the amenities you would expect. The rooms are a bigger than average for an older motel, outfitted with fridges, microwaves and coffee makers (some with kitchenettes). The wood laminate floors are spotless and the bathrooms are updated. There is a grocery store,... More

We stopped here for two nights. We requested a room on the ground floor as my dad can't do stairs. Everything was in order when we got there and we got the room we needed. The room was updated and pretty much spot less . The kitchen area and bathroom had been updated with new tile and fixtures. The place... More

We were greeted with a warm welcome and even upgraded to a better room with a cheaper rate upon arrival. The owners are very kind and gave us some good ideas on things to check out while in town (like the Old Coach Trail right in Radium, and Marble Canyon while passing through Kootenay Park). This is an ideal stop... More

Radium Hot Springs, Canada

First Daughter! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! A couple of days later the Mother! AVOID!!!!

I just want set some facts straight. For tile cleaning we use pin sole, and a orange based cleaner! for the bad room we use a cream cleaner is called the best, if something is greasy, THE ONLY HARD CHMICAL WHAT WE USE IS TILEX! NO MATER WHAT YOU SAY! THAT’S A FACT.

The prices from our rooms are in line with all the other motels in radium we are not higher THAT’S A FACT! The size for our rooms are the same as they are of motels build in the 70 to the 90 no bigger no smaller except higher end motels. FACT!

We never ever charged anybody extra unless they needed a cot! Not even a Crip we did charged that’s a Fact! But if somebody books a room for 2 people and arrives with 4! 3 of them adults and one 10 year old, there are extra charges, baby’s or children under 6, then may they tell you it’s for free. But any motel our price class will charge you no matter what you say!

On the end I have to say! You guys did hurt our feelings down to the heart! My wife and myself spend 200000.-- + in the last 12 years into this motel! First 3 years we put new carpets into the rooms! Then we changed all the entrants’ doors, then we put all new low flush toilets in all the rooms, then we changed all TV to flat 32” screen, then we started with the floors again! now we have all laminate flooring in the rooms, all bad rooms have real tiles, all the vanities are new, then we put 9 new kitchen into the kitchenette rooms, then we changed all the beds, our oldest bed is not older than 4 years, then we did changed all the comforters and put duvet’s in there, and this year we bought summer duvets. All the sheets are not older then 3 years, and 1/3 got changed every year. You really did hurt our feelings! If we would be so bad why did we had in June 70% occupied July 90% occupied August to today 100% most of the people who stayed with us liked it , the only really crappy revue comes from you,

When you told me that that room is smelly! Then you got a new one! My wife check your smelly room, my daughter 27 check it, her friend check it, and nobody smelled anything???Then 20 min later a young couple with a 2 month old baby got that room! the next day they came and asked us to stay 3 more nights, they didn’t smelled anything, did liked the room very much! Slowly I start to wonder what is your reason to put us down in such unfair way, we didn’t do nothing to you? did we! Just for the next time try to be a little bid fair, if I would be a millionaires I wouldn’t run a motel and get up 7.00 am be up until 12.00 pm every day.
