Hotel is located close to the 401 and the Thousand Islands Casino. Easy access to highway and amenities. . Complimentary breakfast is the usual assortment of eggs, sausage patties, juice, ete, etc. Room was non-smoking but odour was still there ..ashtray not removed. Smoking outside the door by other guests came into the room. Overall a pleasant stay.

No issues with this hotel, very clean and is only a 10 minute walk to main St. $8 cab ride! Front desk staff are lovely and helpful. We looked at a few other hotels and ick. Lots of free parking, decent free breakfast. Beds are comfy and bathroom very clean. No complaints and a decent price for the area.

Man at reception for really helpful and friendly, unfortunately only had a smoking suite left, room was clean. Had a lovely whirlpool bath. Biggest let down was breakfast. Eggs were like crepe paper as though we're powdered. Poor wifi in room

I would like to say that my family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Clean rooms, kind staff & very good service. I enjoyed the layout of the rooms, and the setup.. Not to mention the heated pool. The proper necessities were provided, and the staff never complained and were very helpful

Arrived on Jul 24 for 3 nights, 10 pm check in. I wasn’t sure who the guy at the front desk was, he was dressed shabbily, and I thought possibly he was the maintenance guy. He never introduced himself nor was he wearing a name badge. He checked us in. We entered the room and immediately noticed it was not...

Arrived Sunday afternoon hoping for a nice stay, nothing could be further from the truth. Huge cobwebs in corner near AC, AC filter required cleaning, air exhaust vent in bathroom not working along with light. Also face cloths were stained, shower curtain required replacement, bed closest to bathroom had stained fitted sheet and two stained pillow cases. We were to stay...

The positives: the room was clean and the staff at the desk was nice. The negatives: the room is oddly laid out, sheets were not fit onto the bed properly, the decor is mis-matched, the staff at the continental breakfast was rude to customers and was not dressed appropriately. Wouldn't return or recommend.

In staying here we know we're not staying at the Hilton. That said, the room was spacious and clean and the A/C kept us cool in the summer heat. The only issue was the paint can and cardboard drop cloth that were left behind. The stairs to the upper level are dated so they could be a bit of a...
