We stayed at this boutique hotel because of the great location and reasonable rates. Located right on the lake with an interesting restaurant and bar. The fireplace in our room was much appreciated as it was unusually cold for February. Also a short walk to the shops, restaurants and vegetarian market.
With the noise of the train, the refrigerator, the heater, the fireplace, the hotel cleaning staff, even if the city and the hotel were pretty empty, we were not able to relax and have a nice sleep. They changed us to another room after one day because the water heater was not working. They told us it was an upgrade, but the new room was much smaller, noisier and didn't have a dining table, which was the reason we had chosen this hotel. At the end, it was a generally bad experience. I would not recommend.
This beautiful hotel has rooms and dinning areas overlooking Lake Magog. Best place to enjoy breakfast and sunsets. Service excellent. Location perfect for scenic drives and close to Mount Orford ski resort and National Park.
Trendy boutique hotel on the waterfront in the heart of Magog was very well equipped and furnished. There were the usual amenities in the room but the bathrobes, a Nespresso machine and a private balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Memphrémagog took this hotel to the next level for us. The restaurant, Koz, in the hotel served a wonderful breakfast both mornings. Also the waterfront cycling/walking/skating path is just steps from the hotel. We had a very relaxing and restful weekend; can’t wait to return! Thank you to all the great staff for making our stay perfect!
Nice boutique hotel. Bathroom well equipped with hand, shampoo, conditioner dispensers. Room with fireplace and large tv. Was nice to work at the desk with the fireplace lit. Location is perfect and the view on the lake is beautiful. Would definitely return.
Nice clean place with an exceptional restaurant. Location is right on the water, bike path between hotel and water. You can walk to the town on the walking paths or rent a bike and go for miles. I walked it.
This is a very nice property in a great location. Our room was lovely. But it is pricey for midweek off season and included amenities are scarce. No bootle of water in the room, no included breakfast. For the price, it would have been nice. The front desk staff were great.
I’ve seen this hotel several times as l do enjoy Magog. Stayed last night was amazing I took a lake view which is well worth it. The bed is very comfortable slept extremely well and deep. The bathroom is well organized a rain shower is always enjoyed was nice. They do have a outside pool which I didn’t use, there’s a restaurant on site Mediterranean style menu is very interesting. All in all a great experience friendly staff
We chose the most expensive room in the hotel for our marriage anniversary. The view is nice, accessible to the lake very easily, however the ac malfunctioning was annoying. The manager kept saying they were investigating but nothing was done.
Great location. Nice accommodations. Very quiet room with a panoramic view of the lake as described. Water pressure was low in the shower. There are many nice shops and restaurants within a kilometer and many bike paths and other local activities.
