Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Not only were the hosts exceptionally welcoming but also very helpful. We went to several places upon their recommendation and were never disappointed. The auberge itself was super comfortable, and beautifully kept. Breakfast was not only delicious but also a work of art in its presentation. Bravo! Helene et Gordon!!!

Good location about 20 minutes away from Magog, close to the Abbey. Great view of the Abbey and ski center. Rooms were super clean and well stocked. Bathrooms small but with all the amenities. Breakfasts were excellent and back yard was perfect to spend some restful time. Our hosts Hélène and Gordon were fabulous.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B & B in beautiful Memphremagog area. Hélène and Gordon are most welcoming and helpful, and their breakfasts are the best. Had a great time snowshoeing and exploring the nature trails, and can't wait to return this summer.

Our recent two nights at this inn were very comfortable indeed. Our downstairs room (Le Paisible) was large and airy, and the full ensuite bathroom very appropriate for older clients. The Auberge is a lovely property surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden, with a view of Saint Benoît du Lac. The garden offers many choices of comfortable, shaded seating where guests can relax with a book, a tablet or even a glass of wine! Helene and Gordon are very warm and welcoming hosts, making us feel totally at home. Merci Hélène et Gordon, je vous souhaite tout le succès que vous méritez avec votre entreprise!

Wonderful stay - we were two couples travelling together and stayed here for three nights while leisurely exploring the area. Helene and Gordon were the consummate hosts. Each room was tastefully decorated with a small sitting area where one could enjoy their first cup of coffee of the day, or a glass of wine or just spend some time relaxing. The grounds were also conclusive to just relaxing - one evening we had a picnic in the gazebo in the back yard. Helene and Gordon knidly provided all the dishes and cutlery. In the mornings, I enjoyed sitting in the front yard that had a great view of the Abby. Helene and Gordon were always on hand to provide information and dinner destination suggestions - and the breakfasts ... well presented, filling and delicious. Have I mentioned that in Gordon's past life he was a trained cook? This BnB receives many repeat customers and following our stay, I can see why. We are planning our next visit to the townships and will definitely stay here. A bit of advice - book early, as there is a wedding venue nearby and Les Pignons Verts tends to be booked solid during the weekends.

Hélène and Gordon are excellent, engaging hosts, serving up a warm welcome, comfortable room and tasty breakfasts. The chat is fun and informative, there's lots to do nearby, and it's good value. It was a good place from which to base a couple of days of touring that beautiful region.

Lovely little inn in beautiful, bucolic setting. Helene and Gordon are wonderful hosts. Helpful above and beyond any reasonable expectation. They even went so far as to provide recommendations for our next port of call, Montreal. Breakfasts are superb. The room is nice and the bed very comfortable. You cannot go wrong here.

From the moment that I arrived at Les Auberge Pignons Verte I felt a warm welcome. We were met by Gordon and right from the start he was entertaining us with his stories. We stayed in the Lily Butters room which was spectacular! We were at the B$B for 4 nights. Helene and Gordon made us feel so welcome in their beautiful home. The quiet of the countryside and the view made for a peaceful setting for our stay. I very much look forward to returning to this wonderful gem of a place in the near future!
