Stayed here for 5 days. We liked our room however there are some things lacking in this place: Bed is too hard, we need to ask for more pillows. Bathroom is pretty mouldy. Staff are friendly but you need to have more patience with the language barrier. You guys have to go out for dinner or lunch as they're only...

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few nights in the first week of November (with November being the start of the high season) and, on the whole, were disappointed. It did not start off great as we organised with the resort for transportation from Krabi airport to the resort but it never arrived. After 5 phone calls we...

I truely found my paradise! If you are looking for a posh resort with little money Pawapi is definetely not your place. It is ours! We enjoyd every minute. Started with two nights in the "luxory"villa with AC. The hugest balcony of all the bungalows whoch we really enjoyed. All the bungalows are high up and the breeze really gets...

We stayed for two nights halfway from phi phi to koh lipe. The Island is small with a fantastic beach. The tide water is remarkable outside Pawapi wich make the view does not look from its best in the afternoon but just walk a bit down the beach there you swim. Pawapi is overpriced due to what you get but...

Mr Wee and his wife are wonderful and made our stay fantastic in every way. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a romantic meal on the beach under a palm leaf bower that Mr Wee and his staff erected specially for us. They lit a beach fire for us and the whole evening was truly magical. The sunrises from this...

We stayed for 3 days at Pawapi Resort in late march 2014. I'll start with the negative : the only concern we had is that we didn't stay longer than 3 days. That being said, Pawapi is definitely the best resort we stayed at during our trip. Bungalows are built on piles and are nicely decorated, fully equiped with mosquito...

Though we were actually staying nearby we had one of the best and most romantic dinners of our holiday at Pawapi's restaurant. We were the only people at the restaurant but were made very welcome by the waiter. He moved our table out on to the sands and brought a candle. We were then served a delicious meal at a...

We stayed at Pawapi for 4 nights a couple of weeks ago, travelling with two teenagers. Upon arrival we were met from the boat by the staff who carried our bags for us, and swiftly checked us in. We stayed in '8' which is a family room. We had a large kingsize bed on the upper floor, and twin beds...

best service , the food is not expensive , clean room but have less the carper for the sand. The bungalo is near the beach . You can see the sun rise from your window. Have no electric plug. I like the balcony . It's comfortable and wide.

Due to a misunderstanding our booking was wrong. They refused to be fair despite being fully booked and they were not left with empty rooms. My credit card was charged 6500 baht. Greedy and not very nice attitude. Warning!

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Pawapi resort is Thai style beach houses, over looking 180 degrees of sparkling Andaman beauty. Directly on the beach,no obstruction of view.Located on the unique position,(sheltered) sandy peninsular.Close to the Emerald Cave, and the fishermen's village, set along 350 meters of white sand beach.Pawapi is on the quieter side of the island where the style is laid back and the flavor is definitely local. The resort is set among a blend of cultivated sea-front gardens, wild flowers, coconut palms, cashew nut and mango trees and two glorious 100 year old tamarind trees. The feel is very much well-maintained but has ‘natural’ and ‘rustic’ as the underlying theme.Calm-perfect for swimming and safe for children. Four meters wide balconies with a two meter elevation, perfect for catching the cool breeze. A unique blend of charm and style that will make your vacation to Thailand unforgettable. ... more   less
