A very good place to stay, from the beach 200 meters only. Hotel staff behavior is very good. Can be booked directly over the phone. Good food quality, complimentary breakfast available. The management is very good and friendly.

We booked this place for our quite new years plans. We visited with family and stayed there for 2 nights. The place is rustic and raw. The management is good. It is a good off the back choice, a great place for friends. The rooms were clean but the occasional moth did disturb us but it was immediately taken care by the staff. The breakfast is limited. The food was good and we can recommend your own customizations as well. This is 45-1hr far from Gokarna but it is worth if u have a vehicle with u. i liked this place for the fact that the beach is 450 mtrs away and sort of private, the staff do mind if you play your own music. The area is quite. The beach should be kept clean that is the only ask. Also, wifi doesnt work for carry your own media or Jio works okish here.

We took this place for a day . The rooms were super clean, the beach is around 300 meters walk. The best about this place is it had no crowd , the beach was super clean and pristine. Kids loved playing around. They delivered exactly what they have promised. If you are looking at poo;l / gourmet meals / bar by the beach . This is not the place . If you are looking at spending hours and hours in front of teh sea without being disturbed. This is the place. I cant name one place in India which could give us this solitude without being really away from the city . The food was average, they have a small kitched and they make only based on order. Hence it is fresh and good. We loved our stay , kids and us were just left alone with a whole beach in front of us. I would highly rate and recommend this place…

The pictures shown on website are very misleading. The hotel is very average. We payed 3400 for a night stay. The hotel has no amenities. Food is prepared in beach side not so clean room.Not much options for breakfast we were offered just neer dosa & puri bhaji. We were highly disappointing with our stay here.

We were 8 persons who booked for a 2 night stay in Oct 2019. Location is in the interior. Actual appearance of the Resort is not the same as it appears on their website. Rooms are OK with leakages seen in the extreme corner rooms.There are no amenities worth mentioning except for a private beach. Restaurant staff were not friendly or willing to cater to the customers beyond their fixed menu. We decided to cut our visit short and had to talk to the Owner to be permitted to do so. Avoidable unless you are desperate.
