Located near a subway station (10 minutes walk).
They have a playground for kids, free showers, small video games room and an indoor swimming pool. They have a small grocery as well.
It is quite expensive but. Good if you stay close to the city.

These sites are not designed for larger trailers and there is no room to maneuvre. The concrete picnic table is very attractive but poorly situated and couldn't be moved. The noise from the trains was terrible all night. WiFi never did work properly.
how do I guarantee that the WIFI will work whilst I am there? Need to do some work whilst attending my daughters paddling event in Maple Ridge. I hope the owners have fixed the problem we had last visit. Can you guarantee a connection ????

I wouldn't rely on their WIFI if you need it to complete work. It is beyond cruddy internet. I would recommend staying somewhere else or finding better internet at a coffees shop or library.
