The Dreamcatcher hostel was my home away from home for a week and boy am I glad I booked there! The location is ideal, with the grocery store, liquor store, bars, restaurants, and everything else within walking distance. The hostel itself is great. There is an immense common room that is spacious and cozy, where you can relax at the...

The hosts are super friendly people with a great knowledge of local attractions and restaurants. They always have time to speak wit you. The location is great, near a grocery store, shops (there aren't a lot), and tours. Rooms are very clean and some have ensuite bathrooms. There is some noise from outside. Nice common area and a well-equipped kitchen.

Our first ever hostel in our 50s. Wish we had used earlier if all this good. Gerald and Abi are brilliant hosts and have created a warm, welcoming environment. Clean, tidy rooms and bathroom, central position. Highly recommend.

A hidden gem. Warm, welcoming and friendly. Very clean and the beds are comfy with soft pillows and fluffy blankets. Common area is very relaxing. Remember to put in earplugs though if you are a lighter sleeper as the highway and rails is nearby. Lots of very clean bathrooms and showers to use so no waiting (unless they are booked...

My second time staying in this little gem of a hostel. Everything from the beautiful dogs to the massive kitchen and jukebox is just a backpackers dream. Gerald, the owner was good enough to point us in the direction of some beautiful local hikes, he couldn't have done more. Beautifully decorated, super clean, comfy beds with proper linen and an...

I've stayed at most Alberta and BC hostels and this is certainly one of the nicest and cleanest. The owners are a husband wife couple who are very accommodating and helpful. This hostel is incredibly spacious and comfortable - you certainly won't feel crowded. Everything feels clean and fresh. Beds were great and all linens were nice quality and clean....
