I really really wanted to give this a great review, the place is picturesque, a truly lovely spot but.....the train running so close to the campground was a deal breaker for me. At 3:10 am it sounds like the train is right in the campground with you! I don't think small children could sleep through that. I had earplugs and...

Yes there are trains and they do run through the night (naughty trains) and they do make a lot of noise sometimes but then there are a lot of trains in Canada and they do tend to have their tracks close to the highways. So unless you want to go into the bush then expect train noise. However this is...

My husband and I were driving a long day and found ourselves tired and cranky after a traffic back log due to construction. Imagine our delight when I found that we were right near the Canyon Hot Springs and that we could pull off the highway and be blissfully soaking in a quiet immaculately clean hot pool within minutes! We...

Our site was fine but was quite a long walk from the pools. It was very hot when we were there so hot pool was not as inviting as we expected although we went in morning when it was cooler. Cost of items in addition to basic charge seemed high (cost of pools, towels, lockers, showers if not at pool)....

It was a most enjoyable visit, we rented a small log cabin which was small but sweet. Included was our pass to the pool for the day and until noon the next day... The pools were wonderful, view was amazing and the staff were wonderful! I would recommend a stay here.

This is a great place to stop if you're travelling between Vancouver and Banff! The sit is beautiful, clean, well kept and the staff are lovely! Went out of their way to find out where we're from and made sure we had an amazing view of the mountain (we're from the UK, so a mountain view isn't something we usually...

We arrived with our RV camper on May 15,2016 at abt 1230 hrs at this Canyon Hot Springs apparently runned by a Japanese family. The lady in charge welcomed us and offered us a nice and quiet place with mountain view. We had a complete service with eletric and water. When we arrived a train passed by abt 2 miles...

Came there late at night before the start of the season. Nobody was around so we parked outside of the camping area in a parking lot beside the public road. Ate something and put our 5 years old son to bed. After a walk around the owners lady came around and yelled at us that we have to pay 45...

Appreciate the effort of managing this business in the middle of nowhere ,a little expensive for a short dip in pool 30 minutes , I think $6.50 would be more appropriate . The middle pool was under maintenance.we enjoyed the break though.

When we checked in, the owners told us they "knew" we wouldn't want the room that was booked (as it didn't have a shower) so they were putting us in a larger, and more expensive cabin. We asked to see both and found the bathroom in the $150/nt. cabin consisted of a toilet in a closet so small that you...
