The powder springs inn is a great economy option for anyone looking to save a couple bucks. The rooms are clean and the staff is pleasant and accommodating. I don't understand why some people write poor reviews based on the place being dated, etc. It's the absolute cheapest option in Revelstoke, it's not going to be a 5 star hotel....

This hotel is being renovated and they are making a great effort to improve the building. Our room was comfy but well-used. Loved the woodwork in the ceiling and the bed was huge and comfortable. There were a few items that could use some repair but the overall effort to renovate the rooms shows. The bathrooms still look dated which...

The wifi didn't work, went to reception where the member of staff made a number of excuses. The carpet was dirty and ripped. It was very noisy when next door was taking a shower and we had to withstand the slamming of doors. The lights were very dim as there were no ceiling lights. No coffee machine The shower was...

Big and very basic hotel. Rooms are older but in reasonable condition and clean. Bathroom was not great, all faucets kept dripping and shower we had some trouble getiing the shower to work properly. If you're looking for an affordable option it's fine. Good location, just a short walk from all the stores and restaurants.

A good place to stay for a night if you are a budget oriented traveler. Very low rates in a great location. Literally a couple blocks away from any possible bar/pub/restaurant in town. The room was very basic, but spacious and equipped with everything you need (fridge, microwave etc.) and the king bed was comfortable. I would have liked it...

If you just need a bed to sleep in while passing through town, this is an option. Although for the price we paid, $97, we had hoped it would be somewhat better. Very dated, run down hotel clearly built back in the day for the seasonal influx of skiers in the winter. Our room was clean, functional. The AC worked,...

Hate having to say something bad about a small business. This hotel is in a prime position in Revelstoke but needs a complete overhaul to avoid losing out to chains. Everything was shabby and in need of updating.. The beds were clean and comfortable but our bathroom was in need of a deep clean - many dusty surfaces.

The room was clean enough but shabby, and the air con was extremely noisy. The woman who welcomed us on arrival was friendly, professional and helpful. The 'free tea and coffee' mostly wasn't there, though drinking water was always available. The library is pleasant, with books to borrow and space to read or work. However, while working in there early...

We stayed here twice while traveling to and from Calgary. The rooms are basic and clean, but are in need of maintenance. I didn't mind, so we stayed on the way back home. Staff were nice and there is a little Library with a couple of simple board games that my kids liked. For the price, it was alright and...

This hotel was OK at best. Everything is extremely old & dated. Carpets stained and all the doors were open so mosquitoes were everywhere. Bed was SO uncomfortable I couldn't even sleep. We were told the restaurant is good but since it's not family friendly we are elsewhere. One bright spot was the free passes to the aquatic centre which...
