This lovely motel has now been demolished to make way for a new highway interchange on the west end of Salmon Arm. It was popular place for travellers to stay but has been torn down to make way for "progress".

This motel was torn down today August 18th 2016. We knew the owners when they bought it back in the early 90's. I'm sure many people will miss it along with the camp ground. We'll see what happens with the property soon I'm sure.

Stayed in chalet adjacent to the RV Park, clean, good bed, however the room smelled very musty. In fact when we opened our garment bag the next night the clothes in it had taken on the musty smell. It was quiet and service was very good.

Such a quiet hotel....despite it being on the highway. It was full up---we got the last room---and didn't hear a thing all night or in the morning. The rooms include a fridge, stove, microwave, as well as a kettle, toaster, and cups and cutlery. Very low price considering....Under $90 with taxes, for two people. The beds could use an update.......but... More

We have been staying here for the last few years and always had a great time, great owners and always there to help you. Unfortunately there is not much to say anymore about this place except, thanks for the memories. We have been coming to this area for the last 30 years and always saw the landmark so it will... My husband, 2 college-aged sons, and I stayed here on August 9 while enroute from Banff to Vancouver. We were pleased with everything. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was adequate, the table large enough for us to eat together, good AC, good wifi signal, and the gas grill worked great. The owner/manager was very nice and... More

We stumbled upon this little gem after leaving horrible accommodations and our family trip was saved! Very well maintained, comfortable beds, full kitchenettes and nicely groomed grounds. This is perfect for families, our kids were able to run around and play games in the grass while we took advantage of their BBQ :) very friendly and helpful staff and affordable... More

The cabins are very clean and comfortable with cooking facilities and comfortable bed. Great air conditioning-we needed it as it was 36C. The woman at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful and recommended a great place to eat at a reasonable price.

Comfortable beds, clean facilities, and a full size fridge. Great stop for the night. Not fancy, but perfect for a budget friendly and much needed stop. We were travelling with our 1.5 year old, the tub was perfect for bathing, bring your own baby soap though :) The motel is close to a farmers market with fresh produce, a corn... More
