The hotel is older but they meet my expectation. They have continental breakfast. the exit is closed due to construction. When I called them before the trip, the lady warned me about the closure and provided good direction to get there. While it is just a quick stopover before heading to Chicago, it fits our need.

Thank you, Redbridge Crescent. We're glad that you enjoyed your stay. Yes, the 401 Westbound exit & entrance is closed at Bloomfield with very poor signage for alternate routes. We try to reach as many of our guests as we can. And, to give a heads up, they will be doing the same work this fall on the eastbound side....

Thank you Boris for commenting following your stay with us. There is a process underway now regarding the building and a renovation. We do forward comments such as yours to our owners. In the meanwhile, our staff work very hard to provide a clean, quiet and affordable stay for our guests. You may have noticed there is a great improvement...

Staff were nice but the building is falling apart. Badly needs refreshing. Also, smoking rooms stink up the place.

Thank you, 248Nelsonp, we appreciate your comments following your stay with us. It saddens us to have our place described as "falling apart". This is not a frequent statement from our guests. The building is older & is under consideration of renovations. We do forward comments such as yours, thank you. Please do ask us for a room on the...

Our room offered more than the usual economy room--- king bed, 2 comfy lounge chairs and ottoman, micro, fridge, desk. But the pillows are pollyfill and were terrible on my neck, fighting me all night. The tub really needs to be replaced. To make matters worse, two noisy couples next door were playing drinking games, laughing and swearing loudly. We hadn't...

Thank you RDTravelMom We're glad that you took a moment to share your concerns following your stay. It is unfortunate when guests choose to behave in a manner that upsets the others in the building. If we could all be kinder & more considerate of each other, then the world would be better place for all. We strongly support any...

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The beds were comfortable and the air-condition kept the room cool. WiFi often useless with strong signal but no thru-put. This was reported to the front desk and seems to be a common issue. Could use updating and outside doors did not lock or have card-only access.
