What a lovely stay we had at Beild House. From the time we arrived until we left, the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The inn was interesting with family history and collectables and our room was lovely, fresh, and airy. The...More
A charming century home filled with history and love. My husband and I started with spa treatments, (the BEST massage I have ever had! And a lovely pedi) to start off our romantic weekend. Later we had dinner at a fantastic restaurant within walking distance...More
We stayed at the Beild House for a week-end. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The inn was close to all amenities, yet on a quiet street so there was no noise. We had a wonderful time. We loved the afternoon tea that they...More

This customer was a very good customer who had stayed with us many times before always bringing other friends and family and this showed us that after 35 years in the business we were doing something right in satisfying her needs in cleanliness, service and good value.
As this is a disputed charge I am not able to discuss the matter any further, but I can reassure you that she chose the most expensive category of room x 2 for 2 days, 5 course dinner, breakfast, afternoon tea included.
We do not consider ourselves to be and Bed and Breakfast as we have 17 staff, 11 rooms, a spa and a public dining room. Our prices are very good value and customers love the BYOB policy without the corkage fees it saves them a lot of money.
We hope you will give us a chance and make a reservation here at the Inn.

"This is an easy drive to the ski hill, and spa's, wineries. Walking to things in downtown Collingwood."
