amid the bastion of overpriced resort hotels, this is a very nice inexpensive motel near the highway , and owners have obviously taken the time to ensure cleanliness and comfort. Give it a try before crossing Algonquin park.

Rooms are clean but tired, out of town a bit so quiet with some nice short walks in and around. Would be ok for kids as swings in grounds and away from traffic. 10 min drive into town for a selection of shops and restaurants.

The room was clean and very plain. A fine place to lay your head but not much in the way of amenities. The owners were pleasant enough. in the warmer months having the picnic tables and BBQ is a great idea.

Overall this was an average motel room. It is in the Muskokas and just outside Huntsville, so for the area it is not expensive. Conveniently located just off the highway it is opposite the Arrowhead Inn, which has a restaurant. Unfortunately it suffers by comparison on the outside. Tired looking and fading paint work. And aren't tulips from Amsterdam? Still...

For the price, this place is definitely worth every penny! Yes, it could've been a little cleaner and the service a little better, but for this price, I got all that I asked for! It was quiet and away from the downtown buzz, but still just a few minutes drive from all the major tourist attractions. I'd go back here...

The room is outdated and has a musty smell. The bed is a bit smelly and the A/C was a bit noisy. Stayed for one night so it wasn't too bad. I wouldn't see the purpose of staying there any longer. I went during peak season so the price wasn't the greatest either.

Stayed in this 1960's motel for three days to attend a wedding in Huntsville. We had four rooms. All four rooms were clean, fairly new linens, a kitchenette and one room a balcony. We had some issues with broken appliances in one room, but they were quickly taken care off by the excellent friendly husband and wife management team. The...
