After having a house fire and being displaced from my home , I stated at the Ramada Jordan. After reserving my room, I asked if an early check in would be possible and was pleasantly surprised that it was!!!! The room was a typical hotel room. No frills but the view!!! The view was over Lake Ontario and was gorgeous. I have absolutely no complaints about this establishment. It was inexpensive, didn’t charge parking fee and most of all so very nice!!!!
Motel is clean , quiet and the view is fantastic. I was mainly concerned on getting a good nights sleep in a quiet room. That was indeed what I received. The view of Lake Ontario is picturesque. You can see the Toronto skyline clearly most nights, and the entire GTA skyline as from Lake Ontario from Hamilton to Pickering most clear days and nights.
Great place to visit on an afternoon or for dinner or driving thru. Everything on the menu is great espacially their prime rib and salmon dinners. If you are visiting for afternoon drinks, I recommend their chicouterie board for appetizer. The service is excellent and friendly. There is always lots of parking. This is a restaurant that I have visited off and on for the past 40 years. The view of Lake Ontario from the dining room is spectacular. Don't let the aged décor deter you from visiting. As a place to stay, it is a little off the beaten track. There is nothing within walking distance.
Wife and I booked a suite. Wallpaper was bubbling, cobwebs in the corners, leather couch was worn through. Paint was peeling on the trim. The heat in the room was set to full blast and was unbearable. I would never go back or recommend this place
