This hotel offers excellent views of Lake Huron. It is situated minutes from the Main Street. The staff are awesome, and the facilities excellent. All covid protocols are followed, and the staff are always ensuring our every need was met. The rooms are spacious and up to date, with a shared balcony that allows shows of incredible sunsets over the lake.

Staff were super friendly and gave us great recommendations. The room was clean, quite large and had a sink, fridge and mircrowave, which is more than other hotels. We loved it here. Each room has its own little balcony with Muskoka chairs and even on the second floor you have a beautiful view of the lighthouse, lake and marina. Absolutely would recommend this place and I’m already planning on when I can come back. We had a few concerns about hotel stays during COVID times but the measures in place here put us at ease.

Room Tip: Book early. We just popped in mid-week and only got a room because of a cancellation.

We had a great stay in Kincardine - three nights at the Inn. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, perfect location. The hotel offers a good but basic continental breakfast, which can be eaten in the small dining area or taken to your room. Tip for choosing rooms: We were late booking and got the last room available, 102 on the ground level -- which is actually one level down from the lobby. Don't think of it as a basement, but a room with a walkout to street level! It was perfect for us, as we could park directly in front of our room. This was a bicycling outing for several days along the Saugeen Shores, so the choice of room was perfect, as we could conveniently and cleanly bring our bikes into the room (I don't trust the locking system on the bike rack for overnight). If you don't need this kind of access, book earlier and get a room on one of the upper floors, which will give you a view of the harbour. The upper rooms get a little balcony with two Muskoka chairs, while the lowest level gets two cafe-type chairs and a table.
