Stayed here for a large family weekend. It worked out perfectly! We used the grill/patio area and the swimming pool when we weren't out and about... Very clean and well-appointed. Not a scenic view, but the location was convenient. Also, it appeared the rooms with one bed were more updated than the two-bed rooms... Not that it mattered to us....

Yes, clean and cozy and budget priced, but when we returned from dinner, our TV had frozen up and we no longer had any internet connection. Messages left at the front desk brought no reply, action or solution.

Stayed here for one night on business after reading several positive reviews on Trip Advisor. I was not disappointed. Was pleased to see the keys to my room taped to the office window with my name on the envelope after they'd stepped out for a bit. Nice personal touch. Office receptionist was very pleasant and provided me with a Tim...

This is a very basic motel, it was immaculately clean, the owner very pleasant and helpful, if you want a simple clean place to stay, at a reasonable price for Kincardine. Not as close to the beach and downtown as I thought it would be still need to drive to them.

Trip to Kincardine has us book this motel. Wow sweet accommodations. Just a nice quiet little clean motel. Rooms comfortably decorated. Very friendly welcome😃 This will definitely be on our return visit list. Well manicured property, nice pool... Very quiet and close to everything

We arrived later in the evening, around 8:30, and the office attendant was waiting for us. She was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The grounds were very nicely kept and landscaped. Our room was very nice and clean, and despite being an older motel it had all been updated and redone. My only complaint would be that at random times...

Basic motel room. Super clean, comfortable bed, small table and chairs. Bathroom, again spotless, be careful when showering, big temp difference at times. Looked like a 32 inch tv with about 20 or so channels. The pool was clean and temp was fine. Table and chairs outside of pool and bbq area of to the side. Very pricey this past...

If all you need is a motel room, this is a good choice. The bed was comfortable, the fridge worked, the wifi was fine, everything was clean. Small room and as a single woman I wanted to lock all the windows, so couldn't get some of that nice Kincardine air. I thought $99 was pricey for a basic motel room...

We have stayed at this very clean and quiet motel on about 5 different occasions. The staff our wonderful and friendly, taking care of any need. They are most helpful when asking about the places to see and where to eat. The motel has everything you need for an overnight stay plus a nice pool and a small picnic area...

I highly recommend this motel. The rooms are not big, but have mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, table, chair & bed. The room is spotless as is the bathroom. The staff amazing. Would definitely stay again. Very close to the business core of the downtown, but very quiet at night, also only a short walk to the amazing beach.
