OH MY SOUL! Please, never ever go to this place. When we arrived, there were very sketchy individuals sitting outside the lobby area. The man running the front desk was kind but possibly intoxicated. He upgraded our bed size but the room was disgusting. We were in the area for a music festival so knew we would not spend a...

Woke up itching and snapped pictures of bedbugs here. Managment was of little help to solve the problem when notified. Just said "you dont have to stay here you can check out in the morning. Also feeling a little bit sick possibly from deet sprayed in the room.

I stayed at the Knights Inn 4 nights a week ago and fortunately I was busy outside of the inn from about 7:30 am until about 10:00 pm. The rooms on the side opposite the front office have 2 queen beds per room. Some of the group had rooms near the office and when they visited my room they commented...

This place was very dated and although the room was spacious it was in need of a lot of TLC! Plenty of towels in the bathroom but a definite odour from drains and no sink plugs or hairdryer. Bed sheets looked clean but when my husband plumped his pillow a bug crawled out completely freaking me out!!!! Staff we dealt...

I enjoyed my stay at this place. It is conveniently located, because it is on a couple of the main city bus routes to downtown Kitchener (Grand River Transit's #7 and #8 routes), and is quite pleasant and clean as well. I also like the fact that it is an inexpensive place to stay.

I went to stay there with my family for 2 nights in may 2015. It's worth staying there as the service they provide is far more than the money they charge. The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly as well.

We found things under the bed from previous visitors. The mattresses are in need of being changed. You can't sit on the side of the bed without feeling every spring and edge. There was no breakfast available. People stay at the Knights Inn as if it is an apartment. For the most part, they were very quiet and considerate. The...

The worst thing I have to say about this hotel is that they didn't have a hairdryer in the room. That would have been nice, but it wasn't required. There was also a light bulb burned out, but I was too tired to go get a new one. Of course, the price was good ($67 + tax). The room had...
