I stayed here for business. We always try to reserve a room in the tower because they are renovated. Stayed for a total of 4 nights and found the floor very quite except for the last morning we were there. We were across from a...More
We were Very happy with the room, facilities, and sevice we received. Right down to the personal note and treat received in our room welcoming us to the conference, to the staff, food, and amenities available. We were impressed and would stay again!
This hotel is in need of some serious updates. We were in the older section - it seems this substandard area is reserved for teams and if the price was reflective of the rooms, I would not be writing this review but at $144/night it...More
My family and I stayed here for 5 nights over Easter weekend and it was a great stay. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We started our stay in a traditional room, and because I had booked at a discounted rate I had expected...More

My room as in an older section not the newer tower section but it was clean and efficient. The small pool and exercise room were located centrally and were a nice perk after a long day. No breakfast was included in our room package but...More

No not if they put you in the ghetto part of the hotel that hasnt been renovated. Thats where i got stuck. The elevator is inly for the NEW tower and they charge same rates for new rooms and old crappy ones!! I wouldn't stay again. Lots of kids sports teams stay here too and it is very loud and dusruptive. They were playing ball hockey down our hallway at 7 am!! Terrible.

Yes, indeed we have a buffet breakfast in our restaurant, going from 6:30am till 10:00am every day. The cold buffet (muffins, yougart, cereal, etc) goes for about 11:25$ after taxes, and the hotel buffet which also includes the cold buffet goes for about 16.90$ after taxes. Our restaurant, known as Embers, serves a variety of great foods with a relaxing atmosphere and great staff. The restaurant also opens into the lounge area.
We have an indoor pool as well as outdoor, but as you may tell the outdoor pool is closed for the season. The indoor pool is opened from 5:30am till about 11:00pm, along with the sauna and hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub at this present time is down for mechanical reasons. Our new gym is now 24 hours.
