We have stayed here numerous times and there is a good reason for that (apart from convenience to Banff National Park and the best skiing in the Rockies) is that the welcome from Sue & Dave, the quality of the accommodation and of course the famous breakfasts, are all second to none. A really great spot and cannot recommend it...

We only spent one night, but Sue & Dave were very welcoming (despite being in full holiday preparation mode for themselves). We stayed in the CPR room & once we had ascertained that it was nothing to do with our health status, more to do with the railway company, we had a very comfortable stay. It was an easy walk...

Sue & Dave were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious & the muffins were wonderful to take with us to eat later in the day. Daves knowledge and guidance with preparing our walks was invaluable. A B&B in a great location in Canmore. The use of wifi was also very helpful.

What a great stay. Dave and Sue were just the best hosts. Sue's breakfasts were to die for and her muffins that were packed daily for me to munch on during my hikes in the wilderness were just the ticket. The room was fantastic, more than comfortable. A was travelling alone so their welcome and their insight of Canmore I...

We couldn't have asked for better hosts and accommodation in Canmore, which we've never visited before. Good location, just below the mountains, by the river, ten minutes from the Main Street and eateries. Sue and Dave helped us plan hiking routes, sight-seeing routes.....they even had pre-printed handouts in several languages to assist their guests. They booked restaurants for us....made a...

My wife and I stayed at Ambleside lodge in August for three nights and we both agree that it must be one of the best B&B that we have stayed in. Sue and Dave were perfect hosts, Sue with her superb breakfasts and Dave for his very extensive knowledge of the Canmore area and places to visit. We stayed in...

Well thank you for your lovely fun review we certainly enjoyed hosting you. I knew that you would have the last word when you left, encouraging Dave to take me on a road trip to Alaska. One day, you will have to return and check that we did go. Thank you again.

Great location for town, well presented breakfast and very knowledgable hosts in Sue & Dave for local information, attractions and hikes. Room was hot due to the unseasonal outside temperatures but a stand alone fan was provided to provide a cooling breeze.

Arrived here after a long drive. Made very welcome by the hosts Sue and Dave Booth. We had a beautiful room with a lovely traditional quilt on the bed.
