Very much enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff were friendly and informative. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt very at home! We missed not having a restaurant on site but was close enough to everything that it was not a big deal. Anytime we are in the Canmore/Banff area, we will be staying here.

Our family of 6 stayed in a quiet 2BR 2BA corner unit in Blackrock for a ski-weekend in Banff. We chose Canmore as base because generally in the past we found a larger variety and nicer apartments in Canmore than in Banff. Sunshine Ski Village is only 30 minutes’ drive away. We arrived at night and the check-in staff were...

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. Very polite and accommodating to us, especially with the weather being so awful. They helped us in, even found us an extension cord to set up our mini tree. The santa was amazing. They had plenty of activities as well in the hotel. Not to mention the kids loved swimming outdoors in -20 weather...

Really pleased with our one night stay at Blackstone. From first check in (which was fast, we must have been pre-keyed) the hotel was clean and quiet. The lobby was free from dirty boot marks (we stayed during a large snowstorm) and the staff were polite to explain the ins and outs of the Hotel as well as how to...
