I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while visiting family in the area. A lovely touch was the historic framed prints hung throughout the hotel. Not-so-good were the mattresses wrapped in plastic leaning against the bar in the breakfast room for the duration of my stay. My room (228) was near the back of the hotel away from the...

All the staff here are frankly amazing. They turned what could have been a disaster of a vacation into one filled with good memories. Having had our vehicle damaged at another hotel on the way here this amazing crew stepped up to the plate time and again and smashed it out of the park. Assistance planning trips on the rails?...

They've made an effort to partially renovate the hotel which is good but I had one of the worst sleeps of my life because of a lack of sound proofing. I asked to not stay on the side facing the highway but still had noise issues. Heard a dripping noise that sounded like it was coming from the ceiling, could...

Stayed here for 3 nights in Feb and was really impressed. The front desk staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff are also very nice and accommodating, anything you need they will help you find or get it for you. The room was very large and comfortable, came with all the usual amenities (fridge, micro, ironing board...

All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. If there is anything you need, they will quickly and efficiently provide assistance. The mattresses are very relaxing, and the jacuzzi tubs are very comfortable (the units without jacuzzi tubs have fancy 3-option, shower heads). The complimentary breakfast has a wonderful range of delicious and healthy options, including waffles. It...

This hotel is walking distance to food & drink & sundry shopping, and more importantly, our Saturday night birthday celebration. Our rooms were clean, comfortable queen bed, and most importantly, quiet, despite close hotel's proximity to highway. Our rooms were opposite side from traffic. About average price for a Best Western, though it lacked pool and no hot tub. The...

Best Western Chelsea is still my go-to hotel because of the location and the variety of rooms they provide. i have stayed there well over ten times in the last ten years, so i know of what i speak. This weekends stay had me find silverfish, sporadic tv remote failure, clogged shower head, very weak wireless internet reception, and a...

We stayed at this hotel before & after our trip to Mexico. The rate was better than the hotels near the airport. We had to leave for the airport before the breakfast was open - the front desk staff offered us water, granola to eat on the way to the airport. The rooms were good, clean, bed was really comfortable....

Stayed there with my child's sports team and it was terrible. It was dirty and smelled even worse. The heaters were very touchy so you were either too cold or too hot. We had approx 15 rooms (I can't remember the exact number but you can imagine a sports team and their families) and the beds sagged in the middle...

As it was a pretty short stay, the experience itself wasn't too bad. There was a severe lack of noise but like I've rated already, 1 of 2 beds was less than satisfactory. It had a bit of a lob side to it.
