This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at! It's obvious that I am traveling on business since my company booked the room, why would they put me beside a super noisy family? I asked to be moved as soon as I heard them, but there aren't any more rooms available. They are in the middle of putting laminate...

When looking for a place to stay in Vancouver I did a bit of searching of other available hotels than where I usually stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a room for about $100 per night at the Quay. It is very conveniently located as it has the market just below it (lots of great food, shops to check...

Just across the water from downtown Vancouver, this place was perfect for our three day weekend. Quiet, clean, close to a large number of interesting but moderately priced restaurants it was an excellent choice. It's like having direct access to all the features of downtown but without the noise, expense and proximity to the unsavoury side that actual downtown sites...

I stayed one night at this hotel because of the advertised affordable rates, and location; however, I will not be returning. I was in North Vancouver to pick up a new work vehicle, and was a bit concerned with the height clearance to the covered parking. Front desk clerk suggested that I park in the public lot across from the...

I took my family to this hotel as it had affordable rates and a neat location. Its a modest hotel that is part of the lonsdale market. So it is like going to a hotel in a mall. While it was good for my family as the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. I would more recommend this for a...

Great view and good location, clean and good size room but the bed was not really comfortable, we both woke up with back pain. Really convenient to have the market under, ball room for kids and see bus right beside!

We stayed one night, we were disappointed to know they charge your credit card a $250.00 security deposit which takes up to 3 days to get back! The rooms are ok there is no pool, room service is very expensive and there is an extra charge to use fitness room. I will not be booking this hotel again

Dear Guest Thank you for your review. All hotels charge a security deposit, and all hotels work with credit card companies that keep "holds" on cards even after the guest checks out. We release these holds, but it is then up to their processing times. There is not extra charge for using the fitness room and wifi. Sorry we will...

I spent two nights at this hotel in December 2016, and have some very good comments to make, but feel obliged to comment also on some bad luck timing. The location is ideal - below the hotel is a shopping mall, and the next floor down is the Market with fabulous stalls with all manner of great fresh goods and...

Be Scared. A stay at this place could be very expensive! I and my wife checked into this hotel on December 14TH, 2016. I PARKED my car in the underground parkade the hotel shares with Lonsdale Quay market. Was charged by the hotel for over night parking, $12.50. One would only assume there is security, cameras or some sort of...

Dear Guest, We are very sorry for your break in. We have signs in the parkade mentioning to not leave valuables in the car. This is common in any parking lot, anywhere in the world. It is also the Holidays, and this can happen anywhere. It does not happen every night, and its not a normal occurrence in our parkade....

Water views, markets, amazing food stalls and free live music in the summertime. This place upgraded me for free as I stayed 3 nights and was so luxurious. The service was very professional and walk downstairs and its another world with stalls selling everything and anything.
