We have stayed here on and of for over a decade. The units are spacious but in need of updating and repair. We had to clean the tub before we could use it and the mattresses felt as their best days were behind them. We only stayed for one night as there was bed bugs. My wife was born quite...

We took a family vacation mid October. The cabin's were exactly as advertised a little dated but comfortable. The loft bedroom with king sized bed was big enough for an additional queen air mattress while the lower bedroom had a queen bed. Two full bathrooms but only one shower. The full sized kitchen was great for family meals and games...

The accommodations lived up to their billing on TripAdvisor -- aging rooms and facilities, long overdue for upgrades, but perfectly adequate. As long as the heat is working. Alas, ours was not. We arrived the day after Christmas and found our cabin at 53 degrees Fahrenheit. I adjusted the thermostat to 70 and turned on the gas fireplace. An hour...

This was our 5th stay in these Cabins. We spent Christmas week with Family. The loft bedroom upstairs had a king size bed and we put our kids on air mattresses on the floor of the bedroom as it is large. There was a small TV and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen size bed and we...

I have never both liked and disliked a place so much at the same time! I don't even know what number rating to give it! I love: you have your own cabin in the woods, away from the commercialism of Banff and Canmore, yet you can drive to either in just a few minutes. The cabins are huge and can...

This year was the 2nd time my wife and I stayed at a Banff Gate chalet, both times in December with a lot of cold weather. The chalets are very well appointed, rustic, warm & cozy, and comfortable. Gas fireplace with a roomy living room area, full kitchen, master bedroom upstairs, 2nd bedroom downstairs for guests, two bathrooms. With the...

I've written a few reviews on Trip Advisor so please be sure to read some of my other reviews if you'd like some context as to how I describe this place. We had two chalets for a week, and ended up checking out a few days early. The location is good. I would imagine it has the appeal for folks...

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the serenity of a fall evening in the mountains. From the large deck to the cozy living room with the fireplace, the friendly staff and amazing location tucked away off the highway. Even with the snow that fell, the road out was very easy to navigate. We loved it and will definitely be back.

A relaxing out in the country/mountains converted ski resort. Our all-wood interior two-bedroom chalet made us feel like we had more than enough space yet cozy quarters by the fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi bath and the two-story affect of the high ceilings. The panoramic views of the Canadian Rocky Mountain ranges from the downstairs living area/huge deck were...
