THE LOFT PLAZA HOTEL

1. The hotel owner made zero efforts to soundproof the rooms. Most common noise are the Downstairs mamas. If that isn't bad enough, you get to hear neighbors from other hotel guests too. Don't stay here. You won't get a peaceful sleep. noises 2. The hotel owner Don’t provides Body soap liquid& Shampoo or conditions. You don't get shampoo and body wash gels which are reserved for the more expensive rooms. A stupid and idiotic decision from amateur hotel owners right there. Very disappointed have to purchase from outside. 3. The Hotel didn’t Provide BLANKET. The bed comes with a flimsy sorry excuse of a 'blanket', which is nothing more than a thin set of bedsheets!! Not considerate. 4. The room are not clean, the toilet leave the stain water urine, it’s was disgusting, and have bed bug over the bed. One water bottle to share with both guest very disappointed hospitality overall. …

Good stay for a good price

Hotel is really good for a short trip. We had just an overnight stay at this hotel. It is verry good, clean en comfortable beds. I really can recommend it! It is a good price for the quallity you get. You can not change money at the hotel so change money at the airport. There are a few restaurants around that are open till the early morning. The is free water, koffie and tea at the hotel.

Comfortable

A short & comfortable stay. Room is clean & bright. Furniture quie new. The rain shower is amazing. Staffs are friendly. There is restoran just walking distance. Tesco supermarket is just few mins drive. There is pasar malam at Bandar Putra Mahkota which less than 1km away from here. There are 24 hours dobi service just next door to the hotel.

Great location, Affordable & Beautifully designed.

booked 2 rooms for the kids to venture at wonderland water park Bangi. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with beautifully designed. 3 levels hotel support by a lift for your convenience. Clean modern designed bathroom . Surrounded by food restaurants from spicy to local menu. A lot of car park available. Coffee machine is provided at the lobby for coffee lovers. Reccomended.

Good value, no frills hotel

If you happened to be around this area, the loftplaza offers basic accommodation at an affordable rate. Staff was friendly and accommodating for requests. There's no coffee/tea in room, but there's a coffee machine at the lobby (rm3/cup). Since this is a new hotel, everything looks nice and clean. Other than that, nothing much as it's a budget/no frills hotel, so don't expect much and you'll be fine.
