Where do I start, such a wonderful experience and enjoyable 3 night stay at Biggin Hall Country House for our Wedding. The Wedding Suite was incredible, the food and hospitality 5 star and Manager Andy and his Team went over and above to make our big day run like clockwork and feel super special! The beautiful garden provided a lovely outdoor ceremony and plenty of photo back-drops. Our accommodation was immaculately clean, comfortable and elegant. All the food provided, including the breakfast and free pack-up for your day-time adventures was of the highest quality. The building itself is beautiful and the 3 day celebrations were incredibly well catered for; an enormous thank you to Andy and the team!! We will be back!! Mr and Mrs Kierman.

We were fortunate enough to visit Biggin Hall Hotel this week, this time staying in one the main house rooms (number 4) which excelled with the charms of country house living together with hi-tec TV and bathroom facilities. The menu had changed again to incorporate the current season's offerings and brilliant and imaginative as usual. The best part of the visit, as always, is Andy and his staff who are as warm, friendly and knowledgeable as you would want them to be. A great out of the way retreat for walkers, cyclists and any kind of outdoor pursuits you may wish to undertake. Great guest beer this time Andy!

We visited here in 2019 and has only improved on our return in 2021. I couldn’t recommend this beautiful hotel, garden, restaurant with excellent food and the location enough. Fantastic staff, many thanks to all.

Returning visitors to the hotel, but this time we was given room 5 which is above the restaurant bar area. Room was of a poor quality to which we have experienced before, poorly maintained with a random selection of furniture, not what we expected, from an establishment which places itself higher in the hotel market. But the main problem was the noise from the bar on the second night. In the end I had to go down myself and ask the manager to turn the music down, this was after the guests had left, and it was just himself and staff, he did, but it was an unpleasant experience. Advised reception of this on checking out, they said the manager would ring me, as no one was there at that time. A week later I am still waiting for that call. Didn't expect such poor treatment.

Managed to book an overnight stay just a few days before the second lockdown kicked in. Beautiful room in the main house. Wonderful location if you like walking. So comfortable and cosy as there was a howling gale outside that night. Included 3 course dinner was fantastic, as it has been on our previous visits. Breakfast ordered in advance due to covid restrictions and was delicious and very filling. Even able to order a packed lunch for our walking day, included in the price. Staff were very pleasant and efficient, despite the difficulties of the ever changing rules and regulations. Clear they were very upset about having to close down yet again when they had worked so hard at getting it right. We felt very safe there. All the little extras help to make this hotel so exceptional e.g the silent fridges in the rooms with fresh milk and complimentary beer and prosecco, the pocket sized hand sanitiser in the room. We love it here. Hope we'll be able to visit again soon.
