Our stay here was great!
After the ferry to the island, a boat came to get us from the main pier and delivered us to Sonaya beach where the resort is located. My husband and I stayed three nights during our backpacking trip.
The owner was very friendly towards us and helped us out with setting up a ride for us when we got back to the mainland. The food was really good with a great breakfast and amazing smoothies! Our beach hut was simple and cute with...More

I have a small question regarding Pura Vita resort.
How can you get from Pura Vita to the main town? You always find a taxi even during the evening/night? How much is per person?
Do you have any bars/activities/or places to hang out during the evening in Pura Vita or you have to go to the main town for this?

Hi, Pura Vita resort is located on island. There is no taxi's at the island at all. You can get to the main area of the town buy the boat. You can ask Pura Vida resort to take you with their boat and you can use boat-taxi services - prices would be up to negotiation. Pura Vida have own bar-restaurant.
