The only thing that kept this hostel from getting one star was the fact that the rooms weren't terribly small and they seemed to be clean for the most part. HOWEVER, the rest of the hostel is a different story. The bathrooms smelled HORRIFIC, breakfast was supposedly included but in actuality it was just bread and butter and you had...

Absolutely loved this hostel...from waking up in the morning to the amazing view of the Swiss alps to the really friendly staff..I can't really complain about anything. The building itself is lovely and charming and the community feel was great...got to meet many other travelers while having breakfast or just chilling in the courtyard...highly recommended!

My favorite hostel to date. The staff is super helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the architecture and atmosphere are so charming. Morning breakfast was simple, with coffee, toast, and cereal available. There is nightlife nearby and a slew of restaurants to choose from. TONS of outdoor activities around the area are available for free or...

English speaking stuffs, good breakfast and they will give you free city bus pass. There is a pub on the hostel and many more around it. We booked a twin room and it was very clumsy and roadside facing, so eventually we couldn’t sleep most of the night as people were shouting on the roads. You’ll find the good bike/motorcycle...

This hostel is very well situated between the railway stations-Interlaken Ost and West. The bus takes just 5-10mins to reach the hostel. The bus stop is just outside the hostel. The rooms and beds were clean. They had a water basin inside the room. The room size was small but enough to crash on the bed after roaming around for the...

The hostel gave great directions coming from either train station to find it, the receptionist was ready and more than happy to let the 6 of us (traveling college students) split it evenly. Our room was great and we had it to ourself. WiFi worked everywhere! Beds were very warm and comfortable. For both full days that we were there...

The hotel is a good 15-20 minute walk from either train station and most attractions. Room had a decent size and was clean, but could be noisy at times (both due to other guests or the bar just outside the hostel). Bathrooms were also clean. Wi-fi worked properly in our room and breakfast was very basic (cereal, bread and coffee)....

the hostel have many facilities like games room, kitchen, disco, etc. but the bad thing is the noise level at night. It's an old building and soundproofing is really bad. I was kept awake for a long time at night due to the noise. The floor creaked whenever someone walked past my room. My room was diagonally across the shower...

I was in a 4 person room and the window faced the bar/club which was right in front of the room. I thought I was going to be in trouble with a lot of noise from it, but put my earplugs in and it wasn't really an issue for me even with the open window. Okay location, but about a...
