Enjoyed a lovely relaxing week at Brunston Castle. The resort was quiet and peaceful. The lodge was clean and comfortable. We used the pool which we virtually had to ourselves. Our visit was at the beginning of February so Weather was mixed.

Lovely resort with great views & a good area to explore. Lodge was exceptionally clean & recently been upgraded with new furniture & furnishings, & redecorated throughout. Very comfortable. Bar/ restaurant was closed whilst we were there so can not comment on food. A co-op in Dailly village was well stocked & large Asda in Girvan

My first time in Scotland and it was a fantastic location and excellent accommodation. Swimming pool was great and we used that every evening to unwind. We visited local castles, and ate in Girvan and Kirkmichael Arms.

Resort situated in a beautiful rural setting. Grounds are well kept. All units are detached cottages. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage with another couple. Cottage was clean, well appointed but slightly dated but my understanding is a renovation is coming. Reception building where you need to go for wifi has a ping table, pool table and...

Definitely need a car as location is beautiful but very cut off. Good restaurant nearby. Nice sized pool and place kept well. Reception closes too early though so leaving members little to do since there is no wifi in the cottages. ..definitely in today's world this is a short fall so at least reception should compensate and stay open longer...

Hi Caroline S I would agree Brunston Castle is situated in a rural but very beautiful part of Ayrshire. Reception being open from 9am to 9pm may pose a problem for many guests wishing to connect to wi-fi outside of these hours. It is planned to have wi-fi in all our accommodation in all of our resorts by the end...
