We were in Ireland for 8 days and stayed in 3 B&B's. I would say that the accommodations here were nice. It was a bit chilly in Ireland and the home was very cold (just bring a blanket). Private bath is nice - Shower is...More
Bridie greeted us in a efficient way, there's absolutely no time for smalltalk here. The B&B is spotless clean, and the breakfest good. However the B&B is located very close to a noisy highway, and you'll have to keep your windows closed at night to...More
Bridie was very friendly and eager to make us comfortable. The room was very clean and quiet like we hoped. The breakfast meal was very good and made to order. We had a great experience here and would come back again.

My husband and I will be attending a wedding at Glenlo Abbey on May 25, 2017. The wedding rate rooms are already sold out so I am looking at other local options. How easy would it be for us to get a cab or some form of transport from your B & B to the Abbey in the afternoon , returning after the reception later at night. would we need to return to the B &B by a certain time?
