Tahoe Valley Campground was the perfect place to stay over the holiday weekend. Short drive to Heavenly (which has free parking) and great price! The guy working the front desk was really helpful when we only needed 1 piece of wood for our trailer and didn't want to pay for a bundle because we weren't making a fire. Would recommend!

Tahoe is always beautiful. Had to take the car to town and buy a shovel to remove the snow and ice from in front of the RV to get out. Their snow equipment didn't work - we were on our own. But hey, water, dump, electric, cable... Another adventure.

We had a great couple of weeks. The campgound had multiple feet of snow. Robert, Victor, and Ben worked tirelessly to keep the roads clear and the facility clean. A great place, with great people!!!!!

Beautiful place. Couldn't see much but snow but it was beautiful! The one issue I has was our water/electric/sewer hookups were covered in about 4 feet of snow so I had to go buy a shovel to get access to any of it.

Our stay was during January 2017 for one week where we received 70 inches of snow through the week. Consistent power was provided despite the snow and water taps were heated. I would like to say more about the grounds but they were totally covered by snow so I cannot speak to that. We were in a 40 foot RV...

We arrived 12/26 in the snow - Office staff and groundsman were amazing, so helpful with set-up and they checked on us several times throughout out visit – restrooms were clean and heated! Very family ooriented We've been here several times and will always consider this campground for our visits to Tahoe!

Staff was OUTSTANDING (Victor, Chris, Andrew & Sally) !! Need to stock the store with better items. Have activities for all to do during the winter months. Fantastic RV site, easily accessible and navigate the grounds. Staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Excellent campground which is so close to the South Lake Tahoe and the Heavenly ski resort. The restroom is so warm and well maintained even in the winter time. The staffs are very welcome. I'll visit here again.

Price too much for what you got. Unlevel site, lousy WI-FI and TV. Laundry room needs upgrade. We stayed in a RV park the night before and paid $23.00 and was twice the park as this one. Would not recommend this RV park.

Summer months of June, July, and August are usually crowded no matter where you go. The Tahoe Valley Campground is no exception. Summer bookings should be made far in advance to get a site. Most summer days find the campground full. Full means people are packed in tight. Very little space between sites, very narrow roadways between trees, and people...
