The hotel is in a reasonable location but didn't have the view we'd hoped for. At check-in we were given the minimum of information which wasn't a good start.

Can't beat the location if you are doing Stateline on foot. But there are issues ! Parking is about $20 a day and only valet, or risk a tow at Harrah's next doors. Hasn't been updated since Embassy Suites dropped the property several years ago....More

Yes, there is a concierge in the corner in the lobby and they can help you. But beware of their timeshare ploys. There are also numerous places down the street by the heavenly gondola that can help you with your activities.
