Since the first minute I started my holiday in this hotel I felt the magnificent hospitality and wonderful services. The way the staff in this hotel are working is so professional starting with the warm welcoming and great help from the Reception and Guest Relations at the Lobby to the Entertainment team and Restaurants Staff. Wherever you go in this hotel you will enjoy your stay and the great hospitality with amazing service is overwhelming and superb. The room is very good with great view to the sea. The housekeeping team is so friendly and doing great job. The food is so amazing and tasty (Breakfast was great with lots of options, Lunch was close to the pool with nice varieties, Dinner was magnificent with amazing different themes you can find and awesome BBQ in lunch and dinner with different kinds of sweets). In addition when you walk in the paths near the pool you will find different restaurants Ala Cart and others preparing different food such as Simit Saray and hot dogs. The entertainment team are so friendly and wonderful, they work hard to give lovely shows and programs without forgetting the water sports and games in and around the pool like water polo and darts. I want to give a special thanks to the following names that made my stay unforgettable: - To Ms Nurbuke from Guest Relations: Thank you for your help and wonderful service you are truely professional and made my stay splendid. Not also forgetting the Reception team did great job thank you. - To Mr Hunkar Aslan.. Food and beverage manager and also Elif, Fatima and Gamze: Your amazing hospitality and services at the restaurants in the hotel is the best with lovely dinner will never forget was Royal Touch with music and Opera. Also thank you Mr Hunkar for the tasty Baqlava 😊. - To the Entertainment team (Mr Usman and the wonderful Ms Bahar: You both made my stay the greatest and most enjoyable time ever thank you for the lovely shows and water sports specially in the morning. We just spend almost two weeks at Concord and on the first day there I was thinking about great review I will write about this place. But one major issue literally ruined our vacation. I will start from the good things, as our issue may be not a problem for other people and all good things should be mentioned as well. Hotel building (just one) is very good looking. The territory is small compare to other places we been before (Gloria Serenity and Regnum) and this seemed as an advantage at first. You can get any place in no time without using the golf carts and everything is green, clean and very well maintained. Overall service was great and seems at times even better than in places we been before, except for one case where the waiter could not understand simple order in English for a very long time and kept bringing the wrong items. Especially I would like to name Irina from the guest service for being very nice, helpful and attentive. From my wife report who visited Spa three times for different procedures everyone there were very good as well. We also like that A La Carts have a cover charge (15 Euros) because we went to three and never had an issue making reservation like in other places where they are free. Hotel seems to be full, but it was never a line for food, or table. And plenty of places on the beach and by the pools. Rooms are kind of simple scandinavian style and kept very clean and cleaning in general was Ok. Food in the main restaurant was fine, nothing spectacular, but a good standards. Our only, but huge issue was an entertainment at night time that was coming from both neighbor (bigger) hotel and from the Concord itself. With 6 years old on hands we really did not look for the parties and wanted to go to bed around 10 PM. Having music until 11 would be fine, but not until midnight, 1 AM or on one occasion until past 2 AM !!!. And music is not the right word to describe what you hear, you can get death from the noise in your room so bad it is! We were offered to change the room after complaining for couple days, which was nice. But did not help much. In the new suite all three of us had to hide in the small children bedroom behind two walls and even this did not really help either. Plus it was a bar one floor below were some guests were having afterparty on couple occasions. It seems that one building and nice, but small territory played a role here as there is no really escape on the grounds from this "fun". I understand that there is no one fault here and nothing can be done. But I do not feel this place is a good fit for children (or no partying adults). And, unfortunately, not for us.…

The resort is beautiful, and the food is delicious. There is a huge verity of food, lots of flavor and spices. The resort is filled with lots of activities throughout the day, something for everyone. The staff are fantastic, nothing but kindness form all staff.

Just returned from a 7 day holiday at this hotel. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Beautiful hotel and spotlessly clean.Room cleaned and fresh towels every day. FOOD: A la carte restuarants were really nice and the Bbq, Turkish and The Seafood one was open for lunch every day free of charge. We ate lunch a lot in the Bbq one which over looks the sea and their burgers are amazing . The buffet restuarant had plenty of choices for everyone and food was lovely. You will never go hungry at this hotel. ENTERTAINMENT: Entertainment was varied and there was a few we really enjoyed. The acrobatics and the motorbikes in the cage was incredible. Loved the activities during the day, the darts and the boccia was great fun and Bahar and Adnar made it even more fun fabulous at their job and look forward to seeing them again . ROOMS; Were spacious and kept clean with fresh towels every day. We had a sea view and it was lovely Safety deposit box in room and easy to use. Bed was very comfy. WAITERS; Wanted to say a big thank you to rhe roller skating waiters who work very hard. Samet was very attentive to us. I also would like to thank the bar staff who work very hard. Pools and outside areas lovely and kept clean . Excellent hotel and we have already booked to go back next year …

Really good 10 day stay at the Concorde. The food and drink variety is very good and the staff are honestly amazing. One of the best all inclusive I have stayed and very good value for money! Very clean and well looked after, 100% recommend! The show and music is very good also!

We've been to many destinations and stayed at many 5 stars hotels ,but among all concorde deluxe is absolutely perfect .There are variety of restaurants serving gorgeous cuisines.The staff are very nice,friendly and polite .The whole place ,I mean pool and beach area, restaurants,rooms ,...are neat.I really hope to go there more in future because our holiday wouldn't be this much memorable for us without such an amazing hotel .
